Do not buy things from here. They inflate all their prices. I'm actually reporting them to the federal government. This is insane. You want to get stuff for the right price go to racetrack.

I am not giving 1 star simply because everything else about this store is fine.
I am very disappointed in what I just witnessed. My boyfriend and I walked in to get some tea. We like the pineapple papaya tea. We always pour it into a clear cup first because in the past they haven’t cleaned them and we literally drank mold. The last few times everything was good. Tonight there was stuff floating around in the pineapple papaya, and in the regular sweet tea. I walked the cup up to the register where 4 employees were standing. 3 were talking, the other older gentleman was working. I asked the one on the register if that was supposed to be in the tea. He literally said “No it’s not, I’m sorry”. Then we made new drinks (soda) and went to get chips. The 10 minutes after we let them know they did NOTHING. Multiple people came in and got drinks after us. Just disgusting, and the fact that this isn’t the first time worries me. The first time the manager (floater manager)handled it really well, and really turned the experience around for us. But he can’t fix his employees when he isn’t there all of the time. With the amount of employee’s working just now, they could have at least started dumping the teas or put a sign up.

Ok. So I admit I have only shopped here about 10 times since you opened this location c store pricing is to hard on
My structured budget.
Not your employees fault as with most of your stores this one is very clean. I kinda wish I were starting my career path l have been a manager a 7-11 and I missed serious training I ran the store but it took me 160 hours a week when they officially put me on manager
Salary I still had to work as much I just didn't get the money.
But you guys and gals becuse it's painfully to ambulate will bring it to me at my car then run In and process my debit card and return along with the receipt.

Everywhere else 2.80 area. Even quiktrip map say here is 2.80. But they charging everyone 3.15
Never coming to here again. Will drive 3 miles to another gas station besides this AZLE one

I just wanted to say don't go to cutie for donuts my husband went there this morning to buy donuts for the grandkids it was $34 and they were horrible. They were so dry you couldn't even swallow them had to throw them away

I love this store however now im annoyed. I placed a Togo order online and they gave it away. I set order for specific time and arrived AT specific time. Nope he says we gave your order away. So I had to wait for it to be made again. Why order online if they just give it away? Makes no sense and a waste of my time. So I cop a little attitude as I'm annoyed. He proceeded to take it out on his next few customers giving them flack. What's up QT? You higher people who deliberately tick people off? Awesome.

The manager of this store made a disabled man with 7 spinal cord surgeries and can’t walk without arm canes would not let me fill up my vehicle and come in and get food and drink as I do every Sunday after church!He blames policies!!!That crippled people must make 4 trips to pay for one entire purchase and there’s no customers as he socializing away from behind his counter where he conducts business and is a horrible exsample of who you choose as manager’s I won’t be back until he’s fired for accountability for his representative actions are pathetic excuse for a professional! Then refusing to provide his boss’s informations so I could make a complaint because he knew that he screwed up a steady customer and now he’s lost you my business!I am tired of snowflake ❄️ excuses and crying about themselves when they need accountability and it’s defination learned!I am to old & crippled to let people hurt me or the thousands of people who are like me that get treated like this making life even harder physically mentally emotionally so I don’t care anymore I boycott UN-American people's & there businesses until they serve the people again with a little more humanity!! And the freedom that America ?? is & always been!!!I suggest that this company understands that this is a small town and everyone knows everyone so to be treated like a 2nd class citizen we are all citizens except illegal aliens who have no rights to be here!!! In our America ??Welcome to America ?? if you’ve come legally and took the oath to be citizens!Blessed be y’all!!!Extremely disappointed in this situation and experience for normally it’s a good time to visit and smile with everyone there,This manager on his own destroyed a wonderful relationship and a weekend ritual after church ⛪️ a long time now years now will be no more will I ever use this business ever again unless I see accountability and righteousness done ✅!!!

Their ice cream is not real ice cream! It's just flavored ice with no cream! Horrible! You go in there to get a soft serve ice cream cone and you end up being disappointed! It's a scam to pull you in there for .99 cents then they don't give you what you paid for, hey I know it's just, .99 cents, but they still are taking my money falsely!! I really give them 0 stars on this! I don't have a freezer because it's broke, so when I have a chance to get a real ice cream cone I'm ecstatic, because I don't get it very often. Do you see my disappointment?

Azle QT is top notch! I love this store. It is always so fresh & clean. The Sunday afternoon kitchen clerk is so helpful & makes the best sandwiches!! I also love the white peach tea!

Had the BBQ brisket sandwich a couple of weeks ago and it was delish. Two weeks later I tried one again and the sandwich was cold and the buns were dried out and very tough. ?How about some consistency?
