bought from this location 3 times now, wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but their vapes are consistently burnt when I purchase them, even trying in store and they won’t refund or replace them.

The lady working today 12/02/2023 with nose ring !!!!! Absolute worst customer service skills I have ever dealt with !!!!! I am still shocked ……. Horrible and for this that was my first and last time I ever step foot in there .My grandson said try it out let Me know I called him immediately told him BEWARE do not go thereThis lady found me on fb that’s weird but ok I would rather the manager reach out me obviously I had a bad experience with her ! I would post her responses but I am not that person but the excuses she gave was un-acceptable working with the public ….. if your day was that bad, and I caught you at such bad timing, maybe you should’ve called your manager and ask her if you could be replaced for today instead of treating people the way you did…..

I picked out the mod I wanted and asked at least 4 times if it came with the coil and mouthpiece. The guy working there said “oh yeah yeah. It comes with everything!” Well guess what? It didn’t. I had to go back up there and spend more money to get what I needed. Why lie in the first place? Very unprofessional. I’ll go somewhere else next time.
