I have only had Great Service from these guys. I have banked with them for many years. Everyone has always been super nice inside the lobby and especially in the drive through. Great People!

My debit card was declined for suspected fraud on mother's day. My mother had to buy my dinner after I took her out as my treat. I later saw a text asking if it was me, I answered yes. Thought that would've been enough. Apparantly not, I then got declined trying to get gas 15 miles from my house. I then got declined at the store. I tried to call the customer support center and it hung up on me mid sentance as she was trying to explain what happened. I tried calling back 3 times and was hung up on. I tried calling the branch 3 times and no one would answer the phone! So I had to leave without my groceries! I get to the branch to find out what was going on and she said I dont know. So I never even got an explanation as to why I got declined 3 time or why I was hung up on! I had to close my account and they didn't seem to care.

Absolutely horrible customer service my husband has added me to his account TWICE and I still have issues went in today to cash his check and get copies of checks to verify his income and was told I have no authority to do so. Have been told many times over the years all he has to do is call and he can give his consent to access his account (before he added me to the account twice) so that’s what I did just for them to tell me no he HAS TO BE IN PERSON! We will be switching banks as soon as we get the info we need and cash out of the account.

I have a business account here and they nickel and dime for everything. $5 monthly fee to do mobile deposits? That would be free at most banks.Service is also very slow. Needed to transfer ownership to some new individuals and the process took weeks even though we all signed the paperwork and provided the information that was asked.

Terrible banking experience. As bad treatment for a CUSTOMER as you could expect waking in as a total stranger without ID to one of those trashy check cashing places that have moved into an old gas station is what you will receive if you make the mistake opening an account with this bunch. They refused to DEPOSIT (not cash, mind you, simply DEPOSIT) a third party check into my account where there was more than enough where there were more than enough funds on deposit to cover it if anything was wrong. I opened an account at this bank in Azle for the convenience of having to drive downtown to FROST or UMB where I have had accounts over 30-years. THEY won't treat me this way. The account "manager" used the word "FRAUD" several several times explaining her reasons for DISHONORING the deposit. MY NAME standing good for the check was the last endorsement on this check (which in my world was a rather paltry sum.) Dishonoring a perfectly lawful and proper deposit I was standing good for is dishonoring me! If you're looking for a bank that HONORS their customers, this isn't the one you want.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a bank. I was there @9am & out 20 minutes later. And this was to open an account, it didn’t take 2 hours. Walked out with my debit card in hand.

They have a lot of problems with their ATMs in Azle. They are either out of order, the buttons don't work properly or are unable to dispense cash. It is a nine mile round trip to their main bank and the location is hard to get to but with the price of gas having to make extra trips because their ATMs don't work is not acceptable. And now they have notified customers that they are going to do something they are calling "scheduled maintenance" and that will disrupt regular service at ATMs for two full days. I've had accounts with Bank of America and Wells Fargo for decades and not once did they ever disrupt service for scheduled maintenance. The banking industry is becoming more and more sketchy and Pinnacle is no exception. If I didn't have direct deposit and auto pay, I would close my account and go elsewhere.

This bank does not care about you. I wanted to support local banks, and I had opened the account a few months prior. I sent some money via zelle in an emergency, and when I went to withdraw the funds ($2k) it was refused. The money had been deposited but because I hadn’t set up my direct deposit yet and it was abnormal, they wouldn’t let me withdraw the funds. Thankfully I was able to zelle the funds back to my chase account, drive 10 minutes to lake worth, and get the money no problem from Chase.I spoke to the Vice President of this bank personally. Not a very nice man. Will never give this bank my business ever again.

I opened a business account with Pinnacle bank. The account was over drafted due to a mistake on my part. They charged me a fee which is understandable.What is not understandable is that they then attempted to charge me a daily fee until the account is brought up to zero. There was zero notification on their part to let me know there was an issue with the account. They were very happy to attempt to take as much money as possible in fees until I noticed my mistake. I would not do business with this bank. Buyer Beware.

Horrible service! Asked to speak with the manager and was told she was with a customer and I could leave a message!!! Well she lied…. manager is on vacation!
