Worst customer service I tell ya that much. Gunner wants to answer phone all rude and many times I repeated what vehicle I have and he turns around and says something totally different. And then wants to complain that having a lobby of customers and can't handle answering the phone. Well Gunner need to find a job somewhere else that suits him a little bit better ?

I went in to get a light adapter for my pickup to haul a trailer; the employee looked for me and said they didn't have it, so I went to AutoZone and the employee there knew what I needed and it was the very one O'Reilly's had that I needed, and the O'Reilly's employee told me it was the wrong one.

So far so good with this orielys on FM 730 Azle. The only complaint I would have is sometimes theirs not enough employs to help customers out. That's it!!!

By FAR THE WORST OREILLY I’ve been to!! If workers like EDDY, BILLY AND LADY IN FRONT.. yeah there attitude are NOT very welcoming! I’ve been here 3 time and today was far not the day. 2 times I guess but this cuts it! Definitely not going to this store anymore! NOT HELPFUL RUDE WORKERS! And they need to find a job they will suit them!

We were the only Mexicans in the store and we were also the first ones in line. I just wanted him to check my battery and he told me that the person that checks the batteries is outside. After that person came in, both of the workers decided to just help other customers instead of us, the people that were in front of the line. I’m so disappointed because I’ve been a customer of Oreillys for years. I don’t understand why they let people like that on customer service. I don’t want to be rude but don’t go to this Oreillys, this establishment really sucks

I want to start by saying how please I was with the manager at the Azle, Texas store for helping me. But I am quite upset with the young lady who only argued with me and refused to listen to me. James quickly made his way up front and very quickly helped me. She needs some lessons in simple kindness and basic customer service. She was completely wrong in her assessment of my request and didn’t even bother to stop and listen. She just leaned back crossed her arms and refused to listen to me. Which quickly got me upset. The older gentleman that was working there was trying to tell her I was right as well but again she refused to listen. I hope no other customers have to go through the rude disrespectful treatment I got from this young lady
