I bought my first car a couple of weeks ago and wasn’t able to drive it home unless I was covered by insurance. With less than an hour to make a choice Bobi helped me set up a super affordable plan, responding quickly and efficiently to make sure I could drive my new car home. She did everything possible to lower my rate and make sure I wasn’t over paying. FIVE STARS! Amazing customer service and easy set up?

Everyone in the office made shifting all my policies very easy. The responsiveness of the office is lovely, as I had grown used to agents not returning call in a timely manner once they locked you in. Any changes I have needed have been accomplished very quickly.

Do not use this company or location, if I could give them zero stars I would. ONE of their agents stole my private information, and started signing me up for things online. They gave the companies sensitive information and making derogatory statements about my life, I had to report the incident as fraud to those companies and the police, because they started after me for payment of items and services I did not request.
When confronting the situation they have done nothing to resolve it and the horrible individuals still work there.
