I Specifically asked that they not check air filter. They did it anyway! Last time someone opened it, they stripped screws using impact which is unnecessary. Had to repair because it would no longer seal. Planned on doing it ourself so we could use normal hand screwdriver.

I have taken all my vehicles there since they first opened. Always fast, respectful, polite. Good old country boys. Today have to add country girls, this being first time I've seen female working in shop.

I’ve come to expect the employees being rude here. I needed an inspection and assumed they would be rude as usual. They didn’t disappoint. As I walked up to the front an employee walked up to me. He didn’t say anything so I asked if they were doing State Inspections? He said “nah.” I asked just today or tomorrow as well? He said “nah, probably next week.” Needless to say we’re not coming back.

Rude employees brought. My 9e oil and filter still charged 50.00 then when I rechecked their work I found a puddle of oil under my truck when confronted employee he got an attitude avoid at all cost

After going here for 20 years or more,They Broke the end of my dipstick off,Then wanted to take No Responsibility for the Damage ???I guess I Did It,Sitting in the waiting area texting my Daughter ?STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ??There are way too many places to take a vehicle for an Oil Change ??

I needed help with a busted battery. I had bought a replacement somewhere else, but the terminal was stuck to a broken post and I couldn't get it off. They let me come in, helped me get it free, and allowed me to use their tools to install the new battery. Awesome people.
