I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! Because y'all decided to let spruce handle people's money I will never go through y'all again. The reason I agreed to get my money deposited to the spruce account is because you said that I would get my income tax money faster & I seen a sign that advertised that people will leave with the spruce card today which I did not get either one.She told me they would be sending card in the mail. Never got my card finally seen that I had my money through the spruce app. So I call up there to try to get them to send me a new card I've been on the phone with them for 2 days trying to link my bank account to them so I can have access to my money before 7 to 10 days that I got to wait for them to send me a card. I don't know why I paid the extra $25 to $29 whatever it was to get my money faster when is Ashley going to take longer then it would normally. So you can thank spruce for y'all losing a customer because I'm done I will go somewhere else
