Their costumer service is always exceptional and everyone is always so polite and helpful, especially Brian after watching him help a costumer in front of me yesterday who was being ABSURDLY rude over something so ridiculous I thought it was a joke.
I watched Brian handle it with so much patience, professionalism, and kindness it was amazing how poised he kept himself.

“I've been trading here for 4 decades. The current owner's father started it as more of an auto parts store with a little bit of essential hardware. Around 20 years ago he dropped the auto parts to go all-hardware, tools, and materials. He chose his stock very wisely, and his daughter follows that tradition perfectly. It is not often that I leave Reeve's store without the high quality, reasonably priced parts I came looking for. Reeve's doesn't maintain dozens of 500,000 sq foot warehouses nationwide, so you wont get the rock bottom prices of HD or Lowes. What you will consistently get is high quality parts for a price that is pretty close to theirs. If you add time and gas to HD or Lowes Reeve's is actually cheaper and FAR more convenient . I'm a loyal customer and plan to stay that way...check it out and see for yourself.”
