Ray was very kind & very patient with me & took the time to show me how to clean my units & to spend the time to clean them the right way more often because they were dirty even though I just cleaned them spraying with hose this week.

Jesse from Gorman Mechanical came to do a fall checkup on my heating system. Gorman installed a new system, ac and heating in the spring. Jesse was very patient and took the time to go over the thermostat again as I had a few questions. I highly recommend Gorman Mechanical and am well pleased with their pricing and attention to detail.

Charged $432 for a thermostat replacement. Part charge was $363. Service call was $69. My husband should’ve realized what the issue was but failed to—he’s a retired electrician. Guess he was stressed when the AC went out. Thermostat is $120 on Amazon. Will NEVER call this company again. Our screw up for calling them. It WONT happen again. Rip people off during tough economy.
