Brought in a $50 winning scratch off to cash in. Clerk scanned it, and said the system was down. Went to the next gas station across the highway where they told me the ticket had been redeemed at the time I was in this store. I showed back up and got my $50, but this store lost a customer that's been coming there since it was tin-top in the 90s.
