No one working here. Just self service. This one has been good but they seem to be going down hill as well.
Also freezers are locked due to low freezing temps, There is ice cicles where the ice has melted and refroze. THEY DID NOT DISCARD THE PRODUCT ... SO BE AWARE IF YOU BUY FROZEN GOODS.

I like the store but, as a 65 year old woman, I do NOT APPRECIATE having to dig for my driver’s license
EVERY SINGLE TIME I BUY BEER!!
It’s beyond ridiculous! I asked the lady at the register how long they intended to “card” seniors and she seemed very agitated and told me, “it’s company policy”!! It’s very inconvenient to have to dig it out,
especially when they can PLAINLY
SEE I’m old enough to be her mother! This needs to stop!!

Rude employee/manager yelling at customers for walking down a cluttered aisle with a shopping cart. There are unpacked boxes everywhere in the store so why did you have a problem with me walking down this particular aisle with my shopping cart? Leave your problems at home, especially if you work a job where you have to deal with the public because you are going to yell at the wrong person one day….you should pray and thank God you got a Christian woman today because you won’t always be that lucky!!!!

Everyone was really good with service just one guy with a pony tail and tattoos was really rude and he did not have no respect for anyone I hate that dude and he should be fired for how disrespectful he was wasn’t even in uniform he was disgusting plz get him some help

I’m a regular at this store. I live right down the street. Madison waited on me this evening. She is very kind and sweet. Very fantastic customer service. Love this store. Especially since it’s so convenient, since I live literally five minutes away. :) Thank you Madison for all your help. I appreciate it.

It's hard to find items, and app orders never work right, plus you have to go in to get your order (no curbside pick up)

If I could leave a negative star I would. Worst experience today from an employee Sylvia. She was very rude to my 2 and 4 year old sons. I tried to call and get a corporate number or speak to a manager and she was very rude and hung up on me. Wow Dollar General you hire anyone I guess. This employee needs to be coached better or better yet Dollar General needs to change their hiring standards.

My wife was in this store it was treated poorly by a guy that was working the register he didn’t know how to do his job so he decided to be inappropriate and have a smart mouth when my wife tried to use two forms of payment to pay for the items he was trying to purchase all I got to say this is the worst Dollar General I’ve ever seen don’t answer the phone inconsiderate of complaint and just horrible at serving others I wouldn’t advise visiting this location

They were unloading merchandise so many isles were blocked even if an employee wasn't working on that isle but when I went to the register the credit card machine froze up and the employee was very friendly and did a good job of getting it fixed right away

Great service at all my visits but I just left the store, after the person in front of me, a woman of advanced age…could not get her credit card to work…it was difficult for her to get the card swiped and read the screen, after swiping the second card…the cashier, a younger man with blonde hair and a military-esq stance and a kind heart, pulled out his own wallet and paid the balance…to be honest, the other customers in line had also said they would pay it for her, but there was no need.I stupidly did not catch his, the employees name, but I had to put that positivity out there. We need more of this in the world. Kindness and care.
