Your new answering system is awful, some people don't have time to wait an hour for a call back if calling on lunch break or other reasons

Giving one star because I cant give zero. My provider sent a prescription at 10am and I go to the drive-through pharmacy at 11am... I waited in line for 22 minutes... I get to the window and the lady tells me my medication should be ready for pick up after they all go to lunch and to come back after 2pm... I give them some time because I see how busy they are and don't go back up there until 6:30 pm. Then I wait inside for another 15 minutes in line and the lady at the desk tells me (I wish I were kidding) oh we don't have that medication, we ran out (a very basic/common antibiotic). So I'm standing there waiting for her to explain to me what I need to do, and she just says well I don't know what you expect me to do, we don't have it. So I say okay what do I need to do to get it filled and she tells me oh you could go try the CVS in Aledo or lake worth which are both 30 minutes away from me. Be so for real lady.... So she's telling me that they were never even going to call and tell me that they didn't have the medication and I was just going to find out for myself eventually and then have to deal with the repercussions of their incompetence and poor business processes. Then whoever is in charge of the pharmacy at the time is asking for a description of the employee that told me to come back later to pick it up and blames it on her being new. Not my problem, and also pretty sad to just throw somebody else under the bus due to your lack of successful employee orientation. So then I drove to Walgreens and thank god they have some common sense and explained how I can move forward from this and get my medication. Piss poor planning on your part should not constitute an all night issue and delay in care in mine.

Let’s just say there is a reason this CVS has an average rating of 2.4 stars. Pharmacy is horrible.

Went in to pick up my husbands prescription. They wanted $560 for 30 days. No offer of assistance and passed me off to the pharmacist who told me to go call my insurance. Insurance told me the issue was they’re trying to fill it as 30 days instead of 90 days. So back into CVS and the same pharmacist. Who still couldn’t have cared less about helping people. He finally pulled the print out of what my husband has had filled and could see that they didn’t have enough of his prescription so transferred it to another pharmacy and changed it to 30 days. Why in the past have they ever only charged us $15? I did get heated and I shouldn’t have, but then was laughed at by the pharmacist. I ended up there for 2 hours without a resolution. They told me multiple times to call my insurance and doctors office. CVS is the one who changed the prescription. Where’s the customer service and how can CVS go around my husband’s original prescription and not fill the 90 days?
I shouldn’t have to throw a fit to get help, or be laughed at by a pharmacist. The same pharmacist greeted someone in line with all sweetness and light and told everyone to “give her the VIP experience.” Turns out she works there and is friends with him. Entirely inappropriate when you can’t give basic customer service to your regular customers. I’ve reached out to speak with the manager of the pharmacy. He’s also totally unconcerned about his staff’s attitudes, although he did call insurance only to tell me they can’t help me. The manager wasn’t in, so called in and had staff leave him a note to call me. Will update when and if I get a response.

Wasted time "ordering" my prescription. Then they don't carry it after 2 weeks.

I wish I could leave 0 stars I was in line at the pharmacy when they lowered the window and walked out for lunch. 7 employees went to lunch at the same time and made me wait for 30 mins to reopen

This CVS is utterly horrible, and is unfortunately just about the only option we have in this town. After two of our scripts (different providers for different children) got lost (or as CVS claimed never were sent) during the week of 3/25, we ended up having to take one of our children to the ER because we couldn't get her antibiotics filled. It cost a toddler not only a prolonged period of pain but a financial burden to her parents who had to take on an emergency room bill. We did confirm with the provider on Monday (when the offices reopened) that the script was transmitted the previous Friday (before noon). And again… this was just ONE incident during the week of 3/25. Not even creatively, they used the same blatant lie/ excuse earlier in the week for a different child's prescription. I will be driving into another town and using another pharmacy from this point forward. You do all realize that failing to fill certain prescriptions in a timely manner can be life threatening? Avoid CVS Azle!

This place sucks! They had my prescription on hold since April 17th, I called today to ask why and they say we can have it ready in 30 mins. Person in pharmacy who checked me out was huffing and puffing and when checking my own self out for other items, an employee started asking my daughter (who was looking at hats and is 7) if she was going to put them back where they went. My daughter already knows how to put stuff back where it goes and the employees need to worry about doing their job. Employees here are miserable! I’m not an employee, why do I have to check myself out?!

I've been shopping here for the past 2-3 months and noticed they don't update their weekly ECB promotions which makes it more difficult for me to shop. The Weatherford store appears more organized and better stocked. :(

Pharmacists are constantly confused and miscommunicating about what is going on.
My wife's pain meds after her C-section were not filled the first time we went and I had to beg for them to be filled after we discovered the pharmacist forgot to do so.
My own medication was scheduled for pickup 9:30pm Friday night. I've been to the store three times since then and only after shouting at the pharmacist did he "find" my prescription.
CVS corporate needs to do some work on this store.

Had one of the worst experiences with the pharmacy. Pharmacist should consider getting a job that’s she’s passionate and caring. Refused to give me my 10 month old medicine because she failed to look at the prescription when sent from Cooks Children and said she was leaving for the day. Stated she wouldn’t stop doing what she had to and could care less. Will never get any of my medications at any CVS.

My prescriptions are supposed to be on auto fill. I get notification that prescription is ready yet EVERY time I go to pick it up they don't have it.. I have tried calling and verifying also but it somehow disappears in person. Very inconvenient, waste of my time, costs more.
