Sat here waiting for an hour just for them to tell me "we don't have the amount your doctor prescribed, what would you like us to do?" What would I like?? I would like you to do your job and have medicine available to your customers, because again, ITS YOUR JOB. It's not my job to make vital decisions regarding my prescription and it's certainly not acceptable to make someone wait an hour to be told that they don't have it. The pharmacists were rude and unhelpful. Done filling prescriptions here.

CVS in Azle, TX has such poor inventory management and lack of staff, there is always a long line at the window and prescriptions are rarely in stock. Don’t tell me my prescription is ready when it’s only partially filled.

This is the worst pharmacy in Azle. Maybe in North Texas. Slow, always busy (at least the staff look that way) could be avoiding customers. Their text and notification services rarely work right. I've given them two chances. Won't do it again, they are awful. The Brookshires and Albertsons are better choices. I guess in Azle, you have to go to a grocer to get better pharmaceutical help than and actual "pharmacy".

Worst pharmacy ever! I was going to have my testosterone filled here like I usually do but todays pharmacist rejects my prescription in the form I'm requesting it in. Long story short it's only to benefit the pharmacy and save on product and charge me more. At the end of the day my doctor has asked me to request it in that form. You're only the pharmacist you don't see my blood work. I'm taking what my doctor deems appropriate. If I'm paying for the product what does it matter in what form or size I get my prescription in?! Only gawd damn azle!

Went to this CVS today to pick up a prescription. Waited 40 minutes for something that should have taken 10-15 minutes. The lack of the ability of the staff both in the drive thru and walk of pharmacy . This pharmacy needs to create a more cohesive system to create better service. I will be looking for new pharmacy due to this.

I wanted to like this store. I had great hopes that they'd be better than the CVS in Weatherford. I gave them an honest chance. I received text messages that my 'scripts were ready and tried for days, up to 2 weeks only for them to say that they didn't have it. Today, I got a message saying antibiotics were ready for pickup, 2.5 hours later, they still aren't ready. CVS in general sucks!

Went here yesterday paid with a $100 dollar bill and was short changed 10 dollars...I showed cashier the change she gave me she had already closed register drawer and called manager to front they took drawer to back to count and kept me there for over 30 minutes and for some reason needed manager of store to count never did get resolved but took my phone number and never did get a call...lesson is use self check and not cash

I went to CVS this morning and needed major help with a photo project Donna was there working and she came over and was so patient with me it took me 20 minutes to get my pictures arranged and figured out cuz I did not know what I was doing she was super patient and absolutely wonderful

The Pharmacy has POOR service. Long waits and prescriptions are not ready even after giving them 24 hours to prepare. When they don't have the prescription after 24 hours or have stock, you can wait for DAYS! It is also sad that customer service skills are not taught to some of these pharmacy employees.My life and time IS worth more than the wait.

My doctor called in a prescription I needed to take right after surgery. We attempted to pick it up this morning at 11 and was told it would be ready after my surgery. We called the pharmacy on the way from the hospital they still had not filled the prescription. But told us it would be filled by the time we got here. Guess what not filled and was told we would have to come back in a hour. Maybe, CVS should hire pharmacist for busy store.

Extremely slow. The drive thru is always backed up because they use the second lane for drop offs only. The last two times I went to get prescriptions, they weren't ready. The staff seems to think the customers understand their poor service. It's unacceptable and ridiculous. Do your job!!

Never answers the phone. Called several times over the course of 2 days and each time I waited on hold for 15 + minutes. Not sure if they are just under staffed or don't care. Completely different experience with Laura's pharmacy and the Savon across the street. I would recommend one of them over this CVS.
