CVS in Azle, TX has such poor inventory management and lack of staff, there is always a long line at the window and prescriptions are rarely in stock. Don’t tell me my prescription is ready when it’s only partially filled.

Went to this CVS today to pick up a prescription. Waited 40 minutes for something that should have taken 10-15 minutes. The lack of the ability of the staff both in the drive thru and walk of pharmacy . This pharmacy needs to create a more cohesive system to create better service. I went to CVS this morning and needed major help with a photo project Donna was there working and she came over and was so patient with me it took me 20 minutes to get my pictures arranged and figured out cuz I did not know what I was doing she was super patient and absolutely wonderful
