This is our third year at Covey and we are so pleased with the attentiveness and support of the new management team! Landscaping services now include both the front and backyards. Maintenance requests and concerns are addressed quickly. It is evident that efforts are being made to create a warm and welcoming neighborhood!

The new owners who bought the property are unwilling to work with anyone going through a hard time. They have evicted more than 20 people since January. Typical property owners. I don’t recommend anyone move here.

Kylee has been nothing but a tremendous help getting everything figured out and situated for move in!! She is very patient, and was incredible at making move in quick and easy!! She has also been a great help after move in, with answering any questions I might have about the property as they come up. I've just moved in this past week, but so far it has been a dream!

We’ve been moved in for a day now it’s been amazing Kylie is on top of everything we walk to the office she attends immediately she’s so sweet it took her only a few days to get us moved in and one day to get us approved we were in so much stress to finding a home and we came across her and she made it happen !! Thank you Kylie you are truly amazing !!

Since the new management takeover things are more transparent information is being pushed out and actions are being taken to make this a great place to raise a family.

Ever since the new management took over things have been so much better for us! Kylee (the property manager) has made sure to be so available and get everything done in a timely manner and is always willing to help. We have loved living here and have had a nice and quiet experience. 10/10 recommend!

If your looking for a retirement place this is it. Best with no kids they are not allowed trampolines, basketball goals ect. Or there’s no trailers, boats ect ect. That are allowed. This will be the same living as a apartment but just with more bills. Place has changed since new owners bought the housing out. I’m not sure if there is any luck from anyone else but phones are never answered
