“Five stars for the sales department, today the young man behind the computer in the service department not so much....brought our F150 in for "The Works" since we had purchased a service package.My husband and I totally understand that it takes a while for all the services to be completed and we're okay with that but after the young man that had done the work on our pickup brought in the paperwork and my husband's keys to said young man behind the computer at the counter the said young man turned his back, before calling us up to the counter, for approximately 5 minutes vaping to get his nicotine fix. He finally called our name and the transaction was completed. We didn't appreciate having to wait for his nicotine fix to be done. End of rant.”
“Went to the bellmead store having alternator problems. Brenda and Samson and Mike helped me out with excellent service. I got the wrong alternator and the other one was in valley mills but I had no way of getting there, Samson went out of his way to go get it for me and Mike made sure to look up the TSB that warned me to have a fully charged battery to avoid damaging my brand new alternator. Thanks guys!”
“I did an online order for a specific oil because most stores on my side of town were out. It said it would be ready in 30 mins, and I got an email not 5 mins after placing saying it was ready for pickup. The store was very clean and well organized, staff were friendly and helpful, and the oil was sitting right behind the counter with my name on it. What more can you ask for?”

“I, unfortunately, hit a big dog in my 2017 Toyota Corolla (lots of damage) and the cheapest quote I could find was $1200 to fix it. I came to this place because I've heard great things and it turns out that they were all true. The guy looked at my car and said he would match the quote I had recently been given. I dropped off my car and within 5 days he called me back and told me it was ready and that he got the price down to $200 less than what I was previously quoted for at another body shop!
