Wish I had read all the horrible reviews before taking my daughter's pet here. Looks like horrible reviews at all zippy locations.and it looks like the manager Danielle only knows how to copy and paste the same review for my daughter who NEVER walked in and talked to staff. That was me. Nobody cussed you or your staff. I simply asked you to refund the money you charged my daughter for services not done.YOU Danielle are the one who threatened me!

My dog needed some labs. They got me "in" same day, and got me in and out quickly. Very Professional and friendly staff. The vet was knowledgeable and delightful to talk with. Lab results came in next morning; they emailed results; I didn’t have to call.

We’re really glad to found this vet. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They make our pets feel cared for and as comfortable as possible. They also do a great job of communicating via phone/email if needed, regarding any treatment plans. They also don’t make you feel like terrible pet parents if you need to reschedule an appt for a later time. I would highly recommend.

TLDR:If you have a dog with behavioral issues, find an other vet, as Zippi vet is not willing or equipped to deal with that.Here is what happened:My dog has a lot of anxiety and vet visits are a hard for her. It didn’t help, that the vet tech was extremely distracted and seemingly annoyed with dogs. She came in the room mumbling, when I asked she said “I am not talking to you, I was just saying how it stinks like dogs in here”. She then proceeded to immediately touch my dog’s head from the top instead of the common courtesy to let her sniff before. When my dog jerked back her head, the vet tech got pretty anxious.I 100% understand safety concerns and that she couldn’t fully trust my dog, but what came next is just unacceptable. She left the room and the actual vet came in. The vet explained they wouldn’t be able to treat my dog since she attempted to bite the vet tech. My dog never attempted to bite, she didn’t growl, she was just timid.If you don’t like dogs, or a scared of them find an other job, but don’t make up lies out of cowardice blaming an animal, that you are obviously not equipped to deal with.

The vet and vet techs here are amazing. They love and care for our little kitties so well and they are super helpful and informative. I knocked off one star because their exam fee is $81, which is higher than it was even a month ago and that was unexpected which we didn't appreciate. I do recommend this place though as long as you're willing to pay a steep price and possibly have to deal with quickly increasing prices.

Everyone at the research blvd location is extremely kind and professional. Every experience I have with them leaves me feeling like they genuinely care about our pets. Appointments have been easier to make here than any other vet I’ve tried to get into quickly. I recently had a miscommunication with them (100% my fault ) and the way they handled it and worked through it with me was so kind and patient - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this vet to anyone looking to find a place to take their pets.

I am very happy with my experience at Zippivet Arboretum. The vet tech was gentle and calm with Nibbles and Cotton and manage to ease their anxiety when she examined them. The vet was great too and explained things very clearly. I find the Zippivet team to have great communication and like that they are upfront about costs.

Staff is very friendly but my dog was recently severely misdiagnosed. It could have easily been avoided if she was examined more thoroughly before sent for x-rays and home with medicines (that made her extremely sick and prolonged her healing).Sought out another vet who spent time physically examining her, shaved her down, prodded and found the culprit. Wouldn’t have even needed X-rays or blood work ($$$$).This is my experience and it was a very, very unfortunate one. It’s been a brutal month, and truly could have been avoided by better care.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at your vet clinic. While the doctor's professionalism and explanations were commendable, the overall treatment I and my friend received was far from satisfactory.Upon arriving, I made it known to the front desk that I had previously visited the clinic on August 16th and already had an account. Shockingly, this information was completely disregarded, as no acknowledgment or action was taken to address my account status. Consequently, I found myself subjected to redundant tests without my friend's consent, despite an ongoing conversation where no explicit agreement was given to proceed with additional testing.Furthermore, my friend and I inquired about obtaining prescriptions for medication pills online. We were assured by your staff that this was feasible, only to be blindsided by additional charges upon discovering that we were billed again for the tests we didn't even consent to. What truly astounded us was the behavior of your manager, who displayed a level of unprofessionalism and rudeness that left us utterly shocked. My friend, who was holding a bag containing paper prescriptions, had the bag taken from their hand without any prior authorization or explanation.This entire ordeal has left me with a deeply negative impression of your clinic. As a pet owner, I can't help but question how my beloved pet would be treated if your staff struggles to treat humans with respect and kindness. The lack of consideration for a returning customer and the disregard for my friend's consent are deeply concerning.I sincerely hope that this complaint serves as an opportunity for your clinic to reflect on the level of service you provide. It is disheartening to witness such a stark disparity between the doctor's professionalism and the overall conduct of your front desk and managerial staff. I believe in the importance of excellent customer service alongside quality pet care, and I genuinely hope that improvements will be made to ensure a more positive experience for future clients.

I have been taking my dog Ziggy to Zippivet for over 5 years now and have always been very happy with their care. The veterinarians and technicians clearly love animals and truly want to help Ziggy, who unfortunately has had a lot of heath issues. They've been able to resolve all the issues he has had and have always been gentle with him, as he gets quite anxious at the vet. I would recommend Zippivet to anyone!

I started going to Zippivet during the pandemic. There prices seemed much higher than what I was use to. But, this place was convenient for me.I took my elder pomeranian there. They initially recommended pulling a tooth. It was done. Within 6 months. My pomeranian was still suffering. They recommend a deep cleaning. I went with it. This took place in December of 2022. From that point, she was in severe pain on the right side of her face and could no longer open her mouth all the way. I figured it would just take time to heal. I gave it time with no better results. I started reaching out to them with help around this issue. Something for pain.They didn’t respond. I called and left messages. Finally got her back in a few months later. They gave me antibiotics and pain meds.They told me I needed to take her to a specialist because they were afraid they would break her jaw if they pulled more teeth. Or, we could do pain management. I wanted pain management due to her age.I went to other vet after to get their opinion. Her jaw was fractured during her deep cleaning at Zippivet.Recently I reached out to Zippivet to get more of the antibiotics and pain meds since I’m doing pain management verses a serous surgery on a 14.5 year old 5 lb pomeranian.Today, I got a message that they weren’t willing to do the pain management they offered unless I took her in for a full mouth surgery.Btw, everytime I went in, it was a different doctor seeing her. This also caused me some concern. I’m very disappointed on how they’ve neglected to follow thru with the agreement the last doctor and I had.

Only "negative" feedback would be that I'm always (each year) trying to get info on the dental awareness month so I can book a teeth cleaning at the discounted rate and rarely does anyone have an idea of when that will be. Generally it's Oct and/or Feb but I am the one who has to follow up (last year several calls to follow up and book because they had to keep cancelling on my dental cleaning appt) in order to get booked. It seems like last year staffing was a mess. I'm hoping that has resolved.Most appreciated: kindness towards my animal

My aussie puppy, Calypso, and I LOVE ZippiVet! The staff here is AMAZING! They always offer such a positive experience. Dr. Mountain is great at explaining things and has done a wonderful job on ensuring Calypso is as healthy as she can be. Plus, the pricing they offer is great and cheaper in comparison to the other veterinary clinics I’ve taken my other dog to. Calypso and I are looking forward to the many visits we’ll make over the next few years.

Dr Person and her team at Arboretum and SLamar are amazing! Thank you so much for taking care of my dog with such love. Dr Persons personal attention to him gave me the peace I needed to know he was in good hands! She genuinely cares! She's just amazing

Poor communication. Had my dog scheduled to come back and the whole place was closed with no explanation as to why. Internet was down as well which made the experience even more difficult. Will not return.
