Worst retail customer service, bar none. Fitting room associates display visual (and some verbal!) signs of contempt toward customers, cashiers neither friendly nor empowered to support customers with their concerns, and contact center employees [to whom in-store associates must directly most any inquiry beyond processing a simple purchase, return, or exchange] either powerless in helping customers resolve order issues or unwilling—but will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume the root issue is corporate culture. Have been a long-time customer of Zara but will not be back—in stores or online—after my most recent experience here.

Today I bought a complete men's suit and when I paid for it they said they didn't have the cover for the suit and they told me that the online option doesn't sell it with the cover, I had to buy it because I had no other option but the service was too bad and they didn't even give me any options and by the way I bought several things and they put everything in a small bag because they couldn't give me 2 bags, super disappointed with all the attention from the store manager.

Unhelpful staff and store management. Unable to return, exchange or get store credit for a purchase that was one day past due to their revised return policy. The supposed lady working on Sat morning who was a manager was not even able to provide me her name, stating that is store policy and told me to call customer service. Very unhelpful management who have no authority, unorganized store, dirty clothing, long lines. Rather not shop here knowing they don’t care about keeping you as a customer or trying to help.

I saw a few dresses online, but when I went to the store I couldn’t find them. A lot of options were not present. There were no discounts or sale in store, which was online, but I couldn’t even try anything because my choice of dresses were not there only. Everything was priced at an average on $49. I really wanted to shop but couldn’t.
