Sedra, Lana and all Zales staff are amazing and care about customers.
I have been in the Zales family for over 18 years.
I have seen alot of staff and managers come and go.
I definitely have to say Lana is my go to person and has been with me since I bought my first piece of Jewelry over 18 years ago.
She's amazing!
I had the chance to meet the new Manager (Jessica)and new assistant Manager (Sedra) they are both amazing ladies that really care about their customers.
I recently had to drop my ring off again to get fixed and Sedra took charge and sent my ring off and listed all my concerns to get fixed and rushed my order.
I got my ring in a week and they did a great job.
Sedra rechecked my ring to make sure everything was to my standards.
Cause I'm that customer and I'm about 100% perfection.
She never rushed me when I went to pick up my ring and answered all my questions twice.
She's very pateint and caring.
