Took me awhile to write this review...
We took our car in to have it checked awhile back. My husband had even called prior to me taking it in asking if Youngblood can help us. They said they could so I brought it in a few days later with my 3 kids with me. Upon arrival, I was asked to wait a little bit because this guy that walked in after me had been waiting awhile. The man asked politely so I agreed politely. I stood there with my 3 kids for a few minutes while the employee helped the other man, who looked to be like an employee of a tow company of some sort. After about 25 minutes, another gentleman came up to the front and asked me what I needed. I explained I needed my car checked and reset.. some minor computer issue... The guy said he would get someone to check on it, so I should have a seat in their waiting area and wait. I took my kids there and sat down and waited again. I would say another 30 minutes or so went by and nothing. The shop did not seem busy, though I wasn't in the back so sure, I can give them the benefit... Maybe they were swamped but I couldn't tell. Finally, someone came up to me and asked for my key. I handed it to him and went outside to show him where I parked. He said he would check it and be right back. I waited outside with my kids as they were getting antsy. I saw the guy walk to my vehicle, sit inside of it in the driver's seat for a little bit, then come back out. He came inside and told the front desk that it was done. I asked the guy what I owed him and he said I didn't owe anything. I was very thankful and happy. I told the guy I appreciated everything and went to my car with my kids. Upon entering the vehicle, I knew immediately that the guy had done nothing to it. It wasn't fixed. Nothing had changed. I called my husband upset because I had spent almost an hour sitting around with my 3 small children and after all that, I had not been helped. I was a fool for thanking them for not charging me. My husband told me to just come home.
My time was wasted and they had the audacity to tell me they fixed my car problem for me when they did absolutely nothing. They had me sit there waiting with my 3 kids for nothing. I will never go back here nor recommend this business to anyone.

We had a soft truck tire yesterday. We called Youngblood Automotive; they were able to patch the tire soon after we called--this despite being a very busy shop on a Friday morning. All staff members were friendly & professional. We highly recommend this store for your automotive needs!

I am from out of town and my car dropped dead on me. We did a Google search and these guys had excellent ratings. I called them up and they arranged for a tow to pick us up. At the shop they did a quick once over. Informed me of the findings. The car has to stay in town for now while they locate parts and they gave me a ride to a local establishment to make arrangements for return home all free of charge. I highly recommend these folks.

I received excellent service on my new tires and alignment for my truck. They made sure I had no tire-rubbing and with the new alignment, my steering wheel no longer shakes. I would recommend this shop to any friends or family if you need knowledgeable and professional service you won't go wrong with Youngblood.
