Do yourself a favor and call before you head over in all the traffic to visit the store. Spent 45 minutes driving across town only to find the store is closed for an event Too bad the google maps did not have that update.

Last week, I bought two tumblers at the flagship store. Today, I came back to engrave them as a Mother's Day gift. But the staff said I could only do it on the day I bought them. I don't get why it matters. Even when I told them it was for a gift, they didn't care. It was a disappointing experience

Extremely nice store to visit. Love the color coordination and cleanliness. Employees were nice and helpful. Except for when an elderly person asked for help with customization machine, employee just referred to simple step by step and didn’t bother to help them. I helped the lady submit her customization. Other than this, store is nice to visit and explore. Customization took less than 1 hour to complete.

A yeti store with a bar?! How cool! Had a quick drink/pit stop on our way up congress. Going to have to go back and check out the inside next time. But they had a great spot for a drink and a little sports tv.
