I have purchased many Yeti products over the years, soft and hard sided coolers, mugs and merchandise. Unfortunatley, the soft cooler zippers do not hold up, regardless of how much zipper wax I put on them. Wondering how to get this cooler fixed, if at all possible.

I purchased a Yeti cooler and a tumbler cup directly from Yeti website. When I received the shipment, it turns out that the cooler box contained something different from the cooler I ordered. I called Yeti and spoke to Patience who was very nice on the phone and who sent me an email to reply to with the pictures of the wrong item sent.I provided the pictures and that's was the end of the good experience with Yeti customer service.Since my original conversation with Patience in the morning of February 10, 2023, I spoke to Candice at 4:59pm on February 10, 2023. Candice told me that she needs to transfer the call to the international agent as I am in Canada and that I would receive an email from her. I did not receive an email from Candice. On February 12th, I called Yeti at 1:43pm and spoke to Brianna who told me that she would re-route the call to the international agent and someone will get back to me within 24 hours. Brianna also placed the order for a replacement cooler which was supposed to be Navy colour as the Purple was no longer available. Brianna also said she would send me an email, but I did not receive the email from her.As no one contacted me, on February 12th I called Yeti again and spoke to Mason at 3:45pm. I was so disappointed with Yeti customer service that I asked Mason to cancel the order for the cooler and process a refund. Mason said he processed the refund request and that someone from the international team will call me in 24-48 hours. Mason also said he would send me a confirmation email. I did not receive any emails from Mason, and no one from Yeti contacted me.I make most of my purchases online nowadays, and I actually own a few Yeti products I purchased in retail stores. Having said that, this is the last time I purchased any Yeti product as the customer service is probably one of the worst have I ever experienced. Not because of the mix up with the old and the wrong cooler sent to me, but because of the Yeti staff promising on multiple occasions that someone will call me and that they would send me emails, neither of which was followed through.I also phoned Yeti today (February 16, 2023) and spoke to Brianna again. I asked to speak to the customer service manager, but was told that the manager will call me back within 24 hours (apparently Yeti does not transfer the calls). We'll see if this will be the case, or just another unfulfilled promise from Yeti.Very dissappointing.

I purchased a yeti 24 backflip cooler 3 months ago.last week it lost a couple teeth on the zipper.I paid 300$ for this cooler and registered the warranty,thinking if anything happened to it.Yeti would stand behind it because of the price.So I messaged them to get a replacement,they responding by saying they no longer have backflip 24.they did say they would replace it with a leaser model m20 cooler.so what choice do I have.What I’m really discouraged about is that they want me to ship cooler back to them and they may send a replacement in 6-8 weeks.I work for the rr and I’m gone in and out of town daily.I use my cooler every day.so to anyone out there planning to spend big money on yeti.don’t expect it to last and don’t expect them to do much to stand behind the warranty.So I will be breaking out my 20$ Walmart cooler for the next 8 weeks waiting for a replacement.I will never buy a cup,cooler,or anything from yeti again.there are to many less expensive options out there.

You order a cup from yeti and never had one ever from the this company and then you get people asking you what is wrong with your kid and you say nothing and they tell yes there is it has no black piece to cover the straw hole and I never knew it was supposed to have one and then you call yeti and they want you to by a lid and nope I am not buying a lid when it should have came with one

Yeti is a terrible company that ignores paying customers. Automated answering service will put you on hold for an hour or hang up on you.
