LETS RAISE THE WOOF! While getting ready for the holiday, my mom's dog needed a hair cut. He looked very shabby. You can see below I posted before and after pictures of his hair cut. The services provided here are great. All of the people we came into contact with are lovely and have a wonderful bedside manner. They ask about how you want your pup to look and any other service you may or may not need provided. Ear cleaning, nails cut etc. I came inside the shop yesterday since I needed to grab some toys and treats for our fur baby. Luckily, Woof Gang is a very easy walk from where my mother lives. The shop itself is adorable. From a very modern looking exterior with very neat and cute signage. Inside is even cuter. With bubblegum pink walls and all sorts of toys, treats and biscuits you are for sure going to find something for your fur babies inside. All of the cookies and cakes are made in house and have the cutest sayings on them. I went a little wild inside getting my pup some amazing treats, toys and things for Christmas. He is a member of the family too and I was so happy to be able to find him all the toys and things he will love for years to come. Pro tip: if you pay in cash at this shop you will receive 10% off your purchases. This is a great incentive to provide. As not too many people carry/use cash anymore these days but for those that do, you will receive a discount.

Woof! While we don't get our dog groomed here, we do like shopping for little treats at this shop. They do amazing cookies and cakes. Benji always gives the baked goods two paws up!

My go to place when I want a good puppy cut for my doodle! The groomers really do pay attention to detail when it comes to the length of fur to ensure there are no harsh differences throughout, giving him a beautiful rounded appearance. The bath itself was also a great deep clean, and he smelled phenomenal for days following it despite being pretty active. Their availability depends on the time of the week, but I was able to book my appointment for a Friday only a week prior. I will definitely be coming back here whenever his hair grows out!

Never actually stepped foot on to the property. Scheduled two appointments for my animal. Both I had to reschedule. The second reschedule, they still attempted to charge me for the grooming service. So I called and when it was found to be their fault for not receiving/ noticing texts, in response to their appointment reminder messages. They agreed to remove the charge but informed me that I would not be allowed back due to rescheduling twice. This response was stated to have came straight down from the owner. Which not only screams micro-management but also felt like a very extreme decision for a first time customer. When I had been in compliance with the order in which they expect cancellations, reschedules or modifications to appointments. To be courteous, I did also state to them that I would be leaving a review and it was met with "Ok, have a great day!" I think Woof Gang has gotten to big for their britches and no matter who you are, you should always remain humble and understanding. Without appreciation for every single last customer that chooses to spend with your company, no business would be in business. Maybe its time to add humble pie to the menu Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming.
Update: Don't believe me, please see the owners response below. As it speaks volumes. Beware of this location and its very "humble" owner lol, Amish Patel. Yikes! Stay away.

I love this place. They’re always sweet to my dog and do a great job. They are the first groomer that my dog doesn’t try to run away from while we’re walking up to their door.

We have a French Bulldog who hates getting his nails cut, and Mr. Mark is the only person we trust with this task! Ziggy comes home smelling so fresh. I truly wont go anywhere else!

Woof Gang is consistently a great place for grooming your pet. We have used multiple groomers and they exhibit the same amount of care and attention to our dogs. And the pups always look and smell great!

I am so grateful for Melissa for making my sweet baby look his best for his 1st birthday! His last haircut was done at Petsmart and they BUTCHERED my poor baby’s hair. A month later I scheduled at woof gang Mueller with Melissa hoping for the best and that is exactly what we got! We will definitely be returning for his future grooming sessions

Today is the 4th time we’ve shown up ~30 minutes after scheduled opening and the store is dark. Last weekend, we waited an additional 30 mins on their front bench, nobody. We watched ~12 other customers walk up in disappointment.
Start opening on time, or update your actual business hours.
Shameful, embarrassing way to run a business.

Very professional! We bring our sweet but finicky and hard to handle dog Brownie here for grooming. He hates his paws to be touched and his face but by some miracle of the Lord they are able to handle him! He is always so happy when we pick him up afterwards and you can tell he just feels so much better all cleaned up! Thank you everyone who works here :) We have our next appointment booked already in a couple of weeks. This review and picture are from when we went in March.
