Excellent job replacing our front bumper on our Toyota Corolla; on time and very reasonable in price. Staff was very customer friendly, courteous, and helpful with our insurance claim. It's a pleasure to work with a legacy business in Austin.

My car had extensive hail damage and was only months old when the damage occurred. Whitakers did a fantastic job fixing all the dents, matching the paint, and restoring my car to pristine condition. They also worked with my insurance to make sure all the costs would be covered and helped me with getting a rental car. They also were good about calling and providing updates for the two and a half weeks it took to do the repair. I would definitely use Whitakers again for any auto body needs.

Whitaker’s was recommended by our great local Rollingwood Shell and lived up to the recommendation. The work started and finished on time and within the estimate, and looks perfect. They also were accommodating letting us pick up the car a few days after it was ready.

I had used Whitaker's Auto Body & Paint a couple of times in the past when door dings and scratches on my Nissan Murano became too much. Their work was always top-notch. Not long ago, I lost a fight with a concrete column inside a small parking garage. Without hesitation, I told my insurance carrier that I wanted to use Whitaker's for the repairs. They took the time to thoroughly explain the repair process and provided a detailed estimate, which was very much appreciated. Kyle kept me updated throughout the process, which gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend Whitaker's to anyone in need of auto body repairs. My Subaru Outback looks fantastic, and I have the team at Whitaker's to thank for it.

Excellent work on my XKR front splitter replacement. The paint work and install was not easy given custom paint matching but Whitakers did a great job.

10/10 experience.
The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Julie was super kind and helpful helping me set up the estimate.
Really, everyone I interacted with was great, but extra shoutout to Shane and his thoroughness and attention to detail. He communicated with me regularly during the time of repair with all and any updates. He is great at what he does and is very no-nonsense (in the best way).
Larry, the owner, also called me a week or so after repairs to check in and remind me of their lifetime warranty.
It is extremely hard to find honest and competent bodyshops, and I am lucky to have found them. I highly recommend this shop to anyone.
