I would greatly appreciate a sign-in kiosk to get put on a waiting list to talk with a banker. Going through the teller area to be put on the list is frustrating when several bankers are available. And a single teller is working and three people are in front of you at the teller line. There previously was a sign-in kiosk in the past and I felt it worked well.

The other reviews had me a bit concerned, but this was the closest branch to me and I needed to go in person to resolve an uncommon issue. I had no trouble reaching a banker via phone and getting a prompt appointment set up. Janie Lopez was kind and knowledgeable, and she was able to get me through to the other end of a complicated process fairly smoothly. I was genuinely impressed with her attention to detail and resourcefulness.
I don't write a lot of reviews, but this experience made an already stressful situation so much easier than I was expecting, and I just wanted to share that.

Poor customer service. I've been a customer for almost thirty years in A++ Standing. Today I went in the bank. Simply to deposit AA check from another bank from a CD that had matured. I didn't want any cash back and I knew as usual. There would be a seven day hold which is fine and I understand. Oralia the bank mngr told me I would need to wait while she called the other bank and said that was necessary on cashiers cks?? First of all-it wasn't a cashiers ck. 2nd I wasn't asking for funds back and there was gonna be a 7 day. Hold to verify the funds anyway. Thirdly, I asked for a water which they failed to provide. While I was waiting for 10 to 15 minutes for the phone call. They are very unfriendly and unpleasant to do business with. Take care and God bless.

The web site doesn't work. Can't speak with an employee over the phone. Frustrating beyond belief. Will have to drive over there.

Worst bank in the history of ever. First, Wells Fargo screwed up a transfer. So after phone trees and multiple hours of going nowhere on calls, closing the account because of all the hassle, I went to this branch for assistance. BAD IDEA. The banker I dealt with was rude, didn't do anything much other than say 'this is our process, too bad', told me her job duties were more important than working my issue to resolution, wouldn't let me speak to anyone else in the bank who could possibly assist me with other solutions. So I got fed up and walked out. Don't waste your time here. Don't bank at Wells Fargo.

I am student , I tried to come for three days , but they were not helpful . Just telling me to come tomorrow. They were not helpful . I didn’t liked it . There was not body . All the offices were empty . Didn’t had a good experience.Wills Fargo has overall lazy service . I would not recommend it .

Could not have been a worse experience with this Far West Wells Fargo branch.UPDTE : Not going to bother sending any of my contact information to WF to contact me back. You already lost my business. I can tell you, however, that it was your location on Far West Blvd, Austin, TX and it was with one of your bankers and not a teller experience.

Would have rated zero, if it was allowed. Extremely rude tellers and bankers.Outright disrespectful banker, when we wanted to open an bank account. The banker was least interested in opening my account, as if we were trying to defraud the bank. Added to this, the teller went away, as we were approaching him for deposits. Customer service is not a thing here. Stay away from this branch.

The other week I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at any business. I originally saw Maggie and she was so sweet and so kind. Then a follow-up appointment I had the personal banker Aksana and she was SO incredibly rude, disrespectful, and impatient. Avoid at all costs.

Several account problems of my own doing. All problems quickly and efficiently rectified by Personal Banker. Couldn't be more satisfied!
