I came in to exchange currency and cash a check. There was no wait, the teller was personable and friendly throughout the entire experience. He left a warm impression. I love banking with Wells Fargo - I've been a loyal customer for almost 20 years now.

I come here once a month for deposits, and every time I do, I am harassed by homeless people begging for money. I normally alway give them what I can, but it's kinda ridiculous to have this every time I visit. Other than that the staff inside are always very nice. Of all the bank drive thrus I've gone to in my entire life, this one is the absolute SLOWEST of all. It doesn't matter if there's only 2 cars in line. Expect to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour. It's absolutely CRAZY!! I've been a wells fargo customer for 25 years.
