I wish i could give this place 0 stars. There is literally only 1 teller and their ATM is inaccessible due to neverending construction. Save yourself the time and dont go into this unhelpful branch with employees that definitely do not care about you.

My uncle went to this location today. The ‘manager’ greeted him and began helping him. After she sat me down on her office she walked off to go help translate for another customer that was behind my uncle in line. My uncle asked her to finish helping him first as they were almost done with what he came in for (not to mention he was mid sentence when she walked off). She abruptly told him ‘you can cancel Bill Pay online, you don’t have to come in person to do this, or we have other locations you can go to if you don’t want to wait, because it is my job to translate for our employees that aren’t bilingual.’ My uncle waited another 5 or 6 minutes before she came back and completed the transaction (which took less than a minute) and handed him the receipt, did not say thank you, did not say anything! If he knew how to do it online then he would have, that is the exact reason he made a trip to the bank to help him!

I came to this bank today to get information about my account. According to Google Map, the closing time of the bank was 5 o'clock. This employee closed the door for no reason she is very rude and behaved very badly.

Brought in some damaged bills and they would only replace $20 without being able to prove an account there. Took longer to say no than to just perform the service. Very unlikely to do business with Wells Fargo in the future if this is going to be the way they treat prospective customers.

I have several checking and savings accounts with several institutions hands down Wells Fargo is the worstWhen you have to provide two forms of identification to make a deposit I find that ridiculous especially when you have had an account at that bank for over 5 years.

I've always had a good relationship with Wells Fargo, but this branch has had a Filthy parking lot long before Covid 19 and is still filthy. Clean up your act!

Yes, they are a bank, but speaking strictly as a longtime Wells Fargo customer and human who needs a bank account/has a mortgage, I have enjoyed my experiences with this branch over the past five years. Simple transactions like depositing checks (can be done at the outside ATM instead of at the service desk, too), exchanging currency, etc., have always been smooth. I've also sat down with a banker a couple times to change my name on my cards and get replacement cards. I have had to wait maybe 15 minutes max during my visits, as obviously there are peak busy times. I suggest going in the dead middle of a weekday afternoon if you can swing it, if you're in a hurry. (The branch on I think the 71 Frontage Rd/Ben White tends to be a little less busy.) Employees are courteous, even to snippity customers who hate waiting in lines, and although their friendly attitudes are definitely in the vein of fake-customer-service-voice style, I've always been treated with respect. All in all, a good branch!
