I called this branch at 9:30 this morning, to se if they would redeem a federal savings bond for a non-Wells account holder, was assured that they did. I stopped in at 10am and was told that they do not. Clearly, multiple legal actions against Wells have not reformed its culture of poor customer service. Perhaps additional class action is necessary.

I was at the door trying to open the door for a long time and they were all inside and no one said anything. When an old white lady came, a lady came before she tried opening the door and said we'll open up soon. Unbelievable! Not sure if she was racist but I did not like that.

I accidentally mobile deposited a check which was not addressed to me into my account. They processed the check and put the money in my account. I have contacted them repeatedly informing them of the error, but they have told me there is nothing they can do since the money was made available in the account. Even the escalated concern came back with the same answer. They will not correct an error the customer is showing them. Unbelievable.

They closed my account and denied me access to my money for two weeks. They closed my account because they thought I was running a "Money Services Business" (MSB). I'm not, and I told them that, repeatedly, but that fell on deaf ears. When they initially emailed me and I replied, saying that I'm not running an MSB, they said, "Okay, but we still need you to fill out all the forms [about your MSB]." I told them again, I don't run an MSB, I'm not filling out pages and pages of forms about a business I don't run. They said, "Okay, send us a letter saying you don't have an MSB." I replied, "I just sent you an email! That's my letter!" Then they postal-mailed me a letter telling me they hadn't received my forms. I called them and left a voicemail for the banker, saying, "I keep telling you I don't have an MSB, I don't know why that's not good enough for you." Then they closed my account, notifying me by email. Of course the email made no mention of what happened to the money in my account. So, forced to call, I call. They said they'll mail a check and to wait up to two weeks for it. If you'd enjoy having your account randomly closed and then denied access to your money for weeks, then bank here for sure.

I had the best banking experience here. Tiva was kind, helpful, and took me through everything thoroughly and comprehensively. She was so kind it brought me to tears - literally. If you want to work with a real human for your banking needs, go see her at this location.

Worst customer service experience EVER. I went to open a new account with a banker called Asi and gave him information with a code to take advantage of a promotion to get 200 dollars for opening a new account. He told me that he did. Just today i called to check the status and the branch told me that it was not added. I spoke to Sergio who lied and said he was a branch manager and was rude, very condescending sounding over the phone, then keep talking over me and when I began to get upset and correct him, he hung up on me. I recorded the call and will be forwarding it to the correct department that handles these type of issues and takes action. I also emailed the district manager but no response

Big fan of this Wells Fargo branch, mostly comparing to the branch on Barbara Jordan which is always packed with customers and super slow. Every time I come into this Wells Fargo branch I'm usually the only one, and the staff are fast and friendly. Smaller branch for sure, but that's fine as it's pretty close to my house.

This was the 3rd Wells Fargo that I had gone to today. I was mentally exhausted when I walked in. I had asked to speak to an assistant the young lady said she didn't have an appointment at the time but she had one open at 3:30 & if I didn't mind waiting she could help me. I was so happy, she helped me resolve an issue that I have been dealing with for months! Her name is Tiva, she was so kind, so patient, took her time, didn't rush me out of the bank, it just meant the world to me! I thanked her at least three or four times lol but I just wanted to thank her one more time!

This is my main branch location, and only have positive things to say about Wells Fargo, specifically this location. But the particular reason why I am so pleased with this WF is because of Tiva Lewis' service. She absolutely went out of her way to handle something for me that was very important for me, and time sensitive. I've never had a banker do such for me, and I am so incredibly grateful for Tiva's help and support when I needed it! Forever a Wells Fargo customer here!
