THANK YOU BRITTANY! Brittany was the manager on Saturday when we came in without an appointment. She told us they were unfortunately booked up the entire day. We quickly realized they were super short staffed but her and her colleague were doing their absolutely best to help every single person that came in whether they had an appt or not. She managed to help us (best customer service at a Wells Fargo I have ever had) AND she did it so kindly, with a smile on her face. I could tell she cared and I hope everyone that goes in understands sometimes it is sometimes out of the hands of the frontline workers whether they are shortstaffed or not, so be kind to those people because they are working really hard!
