WARNING for anyone who owns a Tesla. I took my new Model Y here for a detail and the paint has significant swirls all over the car. It will cost me substantially to get the swirls buffed out.

I purchased an interior detail and they did a great job however my airtag was stolen out of my car trunk. I had removed items from my car except for that and a bike mount. So now I can see the location of one of their employee's homes.

Got the interior service.They did a good job on the seats and floors (except they forgot to clean an entire mat). Exterior looks great as well.Other than that this place is not worth the money.They told me the car would be done in about an hour and it took 2 hours 15 mins. I thought this meant they were being more diligent on the cleaning. But now that I'm inspecting the car, you can tell it was rushed. There's a lot of missed spots where there's still old dust. And they left the console GREASY. It's so greasy it's been getting on my clothes and stays on my hands all day. What really made me never want to come back was I ordered a service that online was listed for 145 and they charged me 180 with no indication of what the extra charge is for, including on the receipt. They also asked me when I would be picking up my car about 5 hours after I drove it off the lot which tells me they aren't really organized at all.I was going to go back and try to work it out in person, but between waiting there for 2 hours and then seeing the embarrassing job they did on the interior with that time, I decided just to take the L, tip them, and just warn people online.

Really happy with how thorough my interior detail wash was! The team went above and beyond, taking care of marks in my window that I thought were permanent. I purchased a 6-month unlimited car wash pass, I can’t wait to come back!

Hands down the best value in the city. Like you should drive from Westlake to go here. The people are friendly and helpful. They’ve been able to clean things that nobody else has been able to tackle. And my grandfather would have loved the VIP pass. That man hand washed his car every week (he had a garage—it wasn’t *that* dirty) because he wanted it to be well cared for. These guys do *that* good of a job. It doesn’t usually take as long as you’d expect, either. 30 minutes or so and you can sit in the shade on an “Austin-cool” green picnic table or walk over to Veracruz and back.Services: Auto detailing

The customer service is great but I didn't even notice until I got home that the whole back of my car wasn't even washed and my mirrors were not washed and I got the mini detail package and with a 20% tip I paid over 100 bucks and I don't think it was worth it, I didn't take a picture of my tires but they were not washed at all.

Came here because of the google reviews. Drove up and was greeted by Eric. Eric is coowner. He went over my car and gave me an honest estimate that wasn't too high... My SUv was very dirty from having two kids, so the price was just right, I got the full detailed and because he was honest and straightforward, we signed up for the yearly plan. I told him I'll be in weekly, and he agreed it will help keep the full detail in check. My car came out sparkling inside and out. Someone else came to review it to make sure they did a good job and wiped a few things they saw. The young man who finished my car even helped me put back my car seats and stuff back.I do have to recommend an idea for those like me who don't get the car washed. Please don't forget to remind customers to air their car out after shampooing. It's normal for some, but not for me, I forgot, but I ran downstairs when I remember, and it's all good.Please don't forget to tip, all tips go to the amazing workers that help there. They really work hard.
