In from out of state, my husband wanted to drop by and get his glasses adjusted. The person who helped him was SO nice and so friendly. After my husband's glasses were done she offered to adjust mine as well. Just a really good experience.

Highly recommend! For a busy area, like SoCo, I was immediately greeted and welcomed. I had my luggage with me and was able to store it in a back room during my eye exam. The store was clean, every employee was so kind and friendly! After my eye exam and purchase, I was telling one of the employees, Sam, how my flight wasn’t for another 6 hours. Sam was so kind and offered me to stay at the store so I could charge my phone and not have to walk around SoCo with all my luggage. I really appreciate everyone there and their kindness!!!

10/13 around 12:30pm:
I wanted to get a new pair of glasses, the woman at the door was very rude from the moment I entered the store. My current glasses are from Warby Parker which I bought from the same store and I asked if there were frames similar to it. She scornfully said they were not Warby Parker and I had to show her the label to prove it. Even after that she was just very reluctant to show any frames or help with any alternatives. As I was looking at the frames some of the other staff tried to come by to help and she would interrupt them and wouldn’t let them help me. The whole thing was very distasteful.

Great experience. Fast, efficient, friendly. The eye exam was possibly the most mechanized experience I've ever had - sounded like a Tim Burton movie, but was thorough and well done.

My visit here was amazing! I was immediately greeted at the door by the staff. After looking for a while and needing some advice, one of the staff, Sam, went to work! She gave me thoughtful advice, talked me through what looked good for my face shape and then easily handled the billing/insurance. She was a GEM and I’ll be coming back soon for some prescription sunglasses as well! Keep her around Warby!

Honestly I was shocked by the attitude and lack of manners of the optician, Sam. From the moment I walked in she met us with rolling eyes and loud heavy sighs. I brought a few glasses with me that needed to be adjusted and there was only one couple in the store who was speaking with the advisor. I spoke with my sister in our native language about our plans for the day and she immediately hissed that if I had something to say about the glasses. It was very appalling behavior.

Sam was PHENOMENAL. So so sweet, super helpful. It always takes a few times to get my sunnies adjusted, and she didn’t make me feel rushed at all, very patient. Could not have asked for a better experience :)

Staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I legit felt like I was inconvenience since the moment I stepped inside the store. I wanted to purchase new frames and have the glasses I just received in the mail adjusted. Having my glasses adjusted seemed like the most gruesome task this person had ever performed. I decided to just say they fit better, even though they didn’t, since I was over her attitude and scowl when I first told her they still weren’t tight enough and felt really crooked.
I have been a customer for 10 + years and have spent thousands on glasses and lenses from Warby - I truly could not believe how awful this experience was. I have been to at least 6 other locations and everyone is always so amazing & helpful. This experience made me want to stop shopping Warby all together. Luckily there is another location in town which I’ll be trying tomorrow, because I STILL need my glasses adjusted.

I walked into the S Congrss location today with my totally mangled pair of brand new glasses that had been stepped on in the dirt and they totally fixed them!!! Unfortunately I don’t remember his name but he is totally my hero today. All of my experiences here getting 2 pairs of glasses and getting replacements when they got scratched in the first six months have been great. This team makes it an enjoyable experience and takes the stress out of buying glasses. Thank you!
