It's a great store with variety of stuff to pick from everytime we go as a family of six we spend over 600 dollars which is not bad at all we buy food snacks and toys and clothes , after all this time we got to go shop for our kids easter baskets material I was at a self check out with my husband when out of nowhere a employee I believe she was the night manager named DONNA STARTED LOW PROFILING US THINKING WE DIDNT SCAN SOME PLUSHIES SHE CAME OVER AND SCANNED IT 3 TIMES MORE WHEN I HAD ALREADY SCANNED IT I WAS SUPER UPSET AT THE FACT THAT SHE JUST USSUMED WE DIDN'T SCAN THE ITEMS THEN SHE CAME TO REMOVE THE MESS SHE MADE DIDNT EVEN SAY SORRY SO I TOLD HER TO PLEASE DO HERE JOB RIGHT AND REMAINED CALM THEN SHE THREATEN TO CALL THE COPS I SAID GO AHEAD IM NOT THE ONE SCANNING EXTRA STUFF THEN REALLY RUDE SAID GET OUT OF MY STORE AS IF I WAS THE ONE NOT DOING MY JOB RIGHT I HOPE SHE CAN SOME MORE TRAINING BEFORE BEING A MANAGER NOT EVERYONE IS MEANT TO BE A MANAGER ESPECIALLY IF YOUR GOING TO BE LOW PROFILING PEOPLE ESPECIALLY THE WAY SHE CAME ABOUT IT .

There are a lot of irresponsible people here, they don't work, they just tell stories and jokes to each other, they keep me waiting for an hour and then they say we don't have your car oil. Why don't you ask a customer what they need when they come in?

This store is horrible every single person I tried to get to open the locked cabinet kept telling me, I don’t have the key for that area ! I finally find the guy who does have it he sighs in my face gets up off of a chair behind the counter. Mind you I walked by and asked him if he had the keys 2 times ! Overweight nasty person bad attitude in cosmetics!!! The people at check out are even worse they mumble and stop ringing up stuff to take phone calls and text ! Never come here

Walmarts have been disappointing me lately. Feels like every product I am looking for is ridiculously hard to find. Asked an employee what aisle the items I want is in and their store locator device told me the wrong spot. Still couldn’t find it anywhere near that area.

They have everything locked up and no one to help you! Contacting the store is a joke, the damn phone just rings and rings. The store was not even busy but I couldn't find anyone to help me. I hate shopping at Walmart.

Lazy, low effort. Had a moneygram issue, with a reference number. They refused to look up the reference number. Wouldn't even check what the system said. That was the "coach" too.

Brought my car in to check battery.. at 330 .. now @ 545 & still car is not ready.. please do not bring your cars in to this Walmart. Spoke to manager Ben & he had nothing to defend h8s depth. & said 25-30 min. That's ridiculous. I should of stood here to babysit these older gentlemen. Ugh .. service sucks !! 556 & I'm still here.

The store, was clean and organized, and the cashier was polite. I wish there were more open checkout lanes but the wait was not that long.

Overall, store was clean and well stocked. No issues with parking or finding what we needed quickly. Employees were respectful.

Handsome down one of the worst Walmarts in Austin. Customer service is terrible and i feel constantly harassed by people trying to hack shit to me. Never wish to step foot in this store again

Customer service refuse to answer the phone and there won't be anyone in line all of them just stand around doing nothing in front of the manager what kind of business is this.
