I was verbally and almost physically accosted by a homeless person that the staff allows to sit outside the door begging. At least 4 staff members, including the manager, sat there and watched the entire interaction and didn't do a dang thing about it! In fact most of them thought it was funny and started laughing. I would STRONGLY recommend that you go to a different Walmart even if it means going out of your way.

I was acused of theft because i was reaching into my pocket for something till a employee came up to me saying i was putting things into my pocket which i wasn’t , i was literally going to grab my phone. i had to get escorted out the store because i refused for them to search my pockets.

Hate, hate, hate how even socks are locked up here. I wanted to look at some face creams. They are locked up. A staff member will unlock for you and stand there and watch you - 2 feet away. I like to read labels before I buy things. Gave up and left that area. I also hate that they allow those internet and cable people to set up in the middle of an aisle. You cannot get past them without them insisting you tell them who you have for cable.

Imagine being shipped a broken item, being forced to return it physically to the store and the customer service grilling you about the item as if they're the ones being inconvenienced. These are the experiences you can expect here.
