This Walmart had locked up all cosmetic items and when you press the assistance button it takes 20+ minutes for someone with a key to decide to come over (if they come at all). Don’t come here if you need makeup, skin care etc. not worth the hassle, extra long wait or the piss poor customer service.

Store falsely advertises that it is open until 11 PM. In fact, as of 9:20 pm this Wednesday evening, this Walmart no longer sells men’s underwear (or any other item that is behind the locked glass in the men's clothing department).
An assistant manager apologetically told me that when the area manager with the key goes home earlier in the day, that area manager with the key takes the key home with him, such that Walmart can no longer will sell any items that are behind a lock/window. So I will have to go to Target to get underwear this evening. Ridiculous store management policy. This store's senior management should be embarrassed.

Compared to the other stores, I found the one in Austin a little more comfortable and organized. Although I have detected that promotions and offers vary depending on the branch.

Found some cheese that was moldy. Tried to give it to an employee and she said this isn't my department so she would not take it. I told her it was customer service but she still didn't take it.
