This is my neighborhood Walmart, and I haven't had any major complaints. They always have what I'm looking for. I check the app to make sure items are in stock first. I love checking out the clearance section for stuff I don't need. The only thing I don't like is the self check out is your main option. The 1 lane open with a human is usually very long.

This Walmart is not set up for any kind of electronic wallet, so after you have shopped for two hours because you are used to another location, do you won't be able to check out animals then they will tell you that they can't even hold your stuff for you until you can return with a physical card. The store is dirty, there's trash and boxes everywhere, and people are so rude. When I walked in, I asked where I could find a cart since there weren't any in the bag, and the gentleman at the door, pointed out into the parking lot in the rain. After they told me, they couldn't hold my order, the nasty girl at the self check out started literally throwing all of my stuff back into the cart, while I asked to speak with a manager to find out why they couldn't simply just hold some of the items. Walmart is struggling to keep up with Internet shopping, but it's not doing the right things to fix the problem, which is that nobody wants to go to their store and be treated like crap. Go anywhere else.

Megan in the pharmacy is AMAZING. She is so knowledgeable and always willing to help. Anytime there is an issue either with insurance or trying to fill a prescription she is the only one I can rely on to ensure that everything will be taken care of. Everyone is nice at this location but Megan is I will ask for because I never seem to have any issues

I am giving this 5 stars because of Veronica. She was so super nice to me and patient and helped me find everything I needed. I wish the other lady (i don't know her name) was like that. Other lady is really hateful.

One lane open with a cashier and it's the one that sells cigarettes. No cigarettes for you . Been in line 30 minutes and they still ringing up the same person.

So I come in today to pay a utility bill at their Money Center area, store hours posted say 8AM. I walk in the store around 810, no one is there so I grab an item I need, head to self check out. Still No one is there. I ask the young black male working the desk, if he knows who's in Money Center. He walks me over to the Money Center and this large scale Hispanic front end manager, very rudely and demanding, tells him to get back to his station. He walks back to his desk and she's yelling across the main isle by the cash wraps "THATS WHAT I LIKE". All I could think was this woman has actually lost her MF mind to talk to a young male like this but an employee. Even after I let her know he was helping me and where's the employee that works at the Money Center. She's has an attitude saying she's in the bathroom she'll be back, and walks off. Idk what high horse she's on but she gotta come down from there. There's no way you talk to someone like that and think no one is going to notice. She was so comfortable saying it I'm sure he's not the only one she disrespects in that manner. I'm back at the money center, still no employee. I walk to Customer Service that's closed but there are three managers are holding up the wall I guess. One is Store Manager "Lupe". I ask her, where is the money center employee, hours posted say 8AM, it was 830. They don't know, she in bathroom, she's on break who knows. Store manager tells me she's on break. I asked again, where is an employee who can help me in money center, I've been waiting for long enough and need someone to help me asap. You don't send someone on a break who's the only one at an area and don't have a replacement. ON TOP of that, you're a manager. Walk your ass over the money center and help the customer who has been waiting. A gentlemen walked over from the Home area to help me. He was Very nice. And it's unfortunate that the managers treat their employees like that. But hey, it's Walmart and somehow everyone's shocked employee turnover is bad. I called the corporate customer service line, left my complaint but who knows where that will go. The person was clearly outsourced and is not in this country. I've ran multiple stores and now run my own businesses and I would never in my life disrespect an employee or disregard a customers needs. For a short staffed store there's absolutely NO reason the managers should be posted at a closed customer service area watching the lights flicker or whatever tf they were doing. RUN the store you're getting paid to run. Unfortunately I'm sure Walmart Corporate will not rectify this situation, but store manager needs to go along with the front end manager.

Usually I try to give a positive review but this store was sooo bad I have to share. I usually don't shop Walmart but came here because someone wanted to pay me using their services. I went to the CS desk and nobody was there. Waiting wiry me we're other customers patiently waiting. After 20 minutes, finally a very slow walking man showed up to assist the customers. After I finally got up there, he told me that I needed to go to the money counter which is s by the registers. I walk over there and once again nobody is there. I waited about 15 minutes and finally a woman showed up. Well the person sending me money didn't send a screenshot and while I was waiting to get a response from him, I walked a bit away from the counter. When I finally got tue information, she had left again. After literally 30 minutes, I went back to the CS counter and asked where tue clerk went. He told me nonchalantly that the computer stopped working and now it was closed. Mind you nobody said anything or left a sign indicating this. I was not the only customer wondering what was going on. Then while I was there I went over to the clothing and wanted to try on a few things. You guessed it, nobody was there. All the changing rooms were locked and not an employee in sight. Several other customers were standing around waiting for assistance. I finally walked around trying to find a mirror but there wasn't any. I asked a passing employee where the mirrors were and he told me in home furnishings. So while I wasn't buying a mirror, I pulled one out of the box and tried on the clothes over my yoga wear. So very Walmart. So I went to the registers and they only had two people working there. Fortunately the self checkout was available but there were 4 machines broken and it wasn't taking credit cards. So I paid with cash and got the hell out. After walking out from the automatic doors, some crazy man was out there yelling profanities at me and anyone else leaving the store. It's a wonder this store is still in business. They must have a shortage of employees.

on several occasions the store register does not display the prices while cashier is scanning the items, Informed the cashier and he stated it has been broken for awhile . This is an issue at the Ben White location also.,

I bought an air mattress while traveling which ended up being broken and didnt hold air. Since I was on the road, I wasn't near the walmart I purchased it at and decided to return it once I got back home since the website didn't mention anything saying I couldn't. At this point, I didnt have the box anymore since it took up too much space in the car and the walmart website said it wasn't necessary. Once I got to this walmart (with my receipt), Jennifer at customer service (who was giving me attitude the entire time) told me I can only exchange it since it was opened which I was fine with. The only problem is their air mattress selection was terrible with maybe one or two options so I grabbed the closest thing to the original one which was $5 less. She refused to exchange it saying it had to be an even exchange despite the fact they had NOTHING with the same price telling me my only option was to go to the original store which like I mentioned isnt any where near here since I was traveling. I asked for a manager and Que came to talk to me and tried to find any excuse to not exchange the air mattress including not having the box (which the website says you dont need) and it not being the original store. They said everything possible to not have to take this return and take a hit despite walmarts terms saying otherwise. Avoid this store at all costs. These employees dont deserve work and should be fired.

My car over heated Thursday and my mechanic is coming tomorrow morning to fix it so I ordered the coolant and oil because he's gonna do my oil change and the bring me the wrong oil. I have no vehicle at the moment and have no way of getting there especially because of their mistake. Alejandra at customer was absolutely helpless. And what's worse is I have a second order getting delivered between 8-9 and I asked if they could put the right oil in this order and I would give the driver the oil they gave me and she said no. I'm so PISSED and point blank screw Wal-mart in South Park meadows

I love my pharmacy. They have great customer service, friendly fast and clean. They are patient with all questions about medicine. They go above and beyond helping you find what you may need.

Garbage wal mart. All I know is the auto center , is bad. Also every employee acts like they hate their job, and none of them know a damn thing about the store they work in. Waited for 3 hours at the auto place with no information, and then after 2 hours finally they finally decide to tell me prices of batteries I'm looking for, and they don't even have what I wanted, but after waiting forever I have no choice. Garbage ass wal mart. I know it's hot but I'm sure there are plenty of people that would like their job more than the people here already.

The pharmacist and all of the other techs I've ever had the pleasure of working with have been amazing. Today, May 12, 2022, whoever the female tech who is working at 2:30 PM central time(will update with name if I find out) does not fit into that category. She had the audacity to tell me that it would be "easier to wait to give your kid the antibiotics until tomorrow, instead of having me call your insurance for a work around". Good to know my child's health is less valuable than your time (the pharmacy tech). She could have said literally ANYTHING else to the parent of a sick kid. But she chose to say that. Every single other person I have ever met at that pharmacy within the past 4 years have been amazing.
