Why did it take over 3hours for an oil change and headlight installation, and for them to forget about my car to also leave the plastic wrap and hair cap in my car. And when I asked about it, though trying to be courteous, they were dumbfounded on where my car was. The app said it was in service when it wasn’t, I looked to see one of the employees moving it to the parking are meaning they had forgotten about my car!!!! Like are you serious, then have the audacity to say that’s how long they usually take and a meaningless sorry. When there should have been a discount for the time lost. simply outrageous!!! Plus I had scheduled the day before! they need to start taking by appointment first like an actual business.

I needed to change oil on my both cars. Everything was ok. Oil changed, stickers attached, cars cleaned and what is very important there wasn’t any damage, scratches or whatever that I consider big plus. Not sure about waiting time. I leave across the road so I just left cars there and picked them up few hours later

I only go there cause my medication the pharmacy but when ever I need to go used the bathroom is always dirty they even have a sign said if the restroom is not clean for us is not clean for them to let them know this Waltmart it looks like is falling y this is not a place to shop I been on the Waltmart at 290 is very clean and organized

The hours on Google are not accurate. I also waited an hour for an oil change and then was told it would be another hour for them to finish. I love the prices but the wait is not worth it.

Hamlser was super efficient and made this affordable oil change happen in 30 min. I can see how things might get out of control in Auto, since the service for the lube shop and the auto center only have one cashier at a time. Today was a good day though!

What a joke of an “auto care center,” ??Came in as a walk in at opening time for a tire patch, something a competent tech could do within 10 minutes tops, and they looked looked me dead in my face and said they were booked all day.

Quick repair work but signing in with a service worker was difficult to get help and no one's answering the phone in automotive department, they had plenty of staff who didn't work in the area behind the desk working. Confusion of which keys belonged to which customer at check out.

Needed a flat tire repair they couldn't repair it they were out of patches. They said my threads were low and needed a new tire. How does the warranty work if I couldnt receive a replacement. ?but I needed a NEW tire.

Scheduled 2 new tire exchange @ Walmart .( parmer ln.) Appointment set 12p next day. Received store text prior to leaving to arrive 15 min early. Was 30 min early, only to find out department closed due to power outage. This was 3rd store & out of my area. Other 2 stores said they had NO tires. And this one did not send text Cancel.?

Only giving one star because I have no choice. We were told we couldn’t set an appointment for an oil change to just come in. We did and were told due to staffing issues they wouldn’t be able to accommodate us, which is fine, however the individual (older white man) we dealt with was nasty and has no sense of customer service. He was rude upon on our arrival, told us we wouldn’t be seen, and essentially treated us like we were a nuisance for having the audacity to show up for a service they offer. His name was Richard Beal (one of the employees let me know that’s how his last name is spelled so not sure it’s correct). We are taking our business elsewhere (I’m not even a big Walmart person in the first place my mom is though so she suggested it). 0/5 stars would not recommend this business to anyone. Go somewhere else.

I've been on hold all morning , trying to find out if they carry my tire and if one could be installed on it this morning. I've called multiple times and am on hold for 10-15 min each time, before hanging up to call back.
