They made me wait 2 hours, they attended another customers before me when they were obviously late in line - in front of me - and at the end of the day they told me that they didn’t have the tire I needed

I usually have pretty low expectations from Walmart just because it’s Walmart, but this location’s auto center was fine for a new car battery installation.Waited in line for about ten minutes as the only employee (Calvin) at the register was assisting another customer. He helped to confirm my car battery purchase and was able to refund me for the core battery recycling.Went back out and pulled the car around, where another technician was able to remove and install my new car battery within five minutes.Overall took about twenty minutes and I was out of there. Good job Walmart and thank you Calvin!

Got there a whole hour before closing for a flat tire repair, no one else in line, they refused to do it. Said they weren't doing those rn.

I have been using different Walmart auto care shops for long time. but I never seen any shops like this shop. the most useless shop ever. I don't know why they are noy closing this store. the manager is useless.Service: Tires

ABSOLUTE SCAM. Tire was repairable, damage was NOT to the side wall. "Hole too big" it was a standard nail. DO NOT GO HERE.

Been to this Walmart Auto center twice to try and get an oil change. First time was told they were closing two hours before their posted closing time. The next time, when I showed up all the doors were locked and everyone was inside the shop with no cars. This was again an hour and a half before their posted closing time. Ended up having to go to another shop to get it done. Total waste of time, don't bother with this place.

Don’t even bother trying to get service here unless you go at the break of dawn. They close 4-6 hours before their posted closing time every single day. I was told to come before three, so I came at 1:45 the next day. They said they were closing so they couldn’t service me (this is nearly 5 and a half hours before posted closing time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

You can get the same quality of service here for an oil change (Full Synthetic) for $60 vs. going to Valvoline for $100.

The place seems to be severely short staffed.. so much that the supervisor decided not to provide lube services on a Sunday since one worker didn't show up. It's actually a problem with all Walmart auto care centers and not this one in particular. Think of going there only if you have lot of time to kill as they would make even simple jobs seem like eternity.

Went in at 3PM was told they couldnt sell me a tire because they are short staffed. We needed a tire that day sadly the guy at the service counter was overwhelmed so we will get it at discount tire. As we are leaving he starts to tell us even if they weren't short staffed they only work by appointment we cant just leave since he has to press a button so we can leave the long way or have to be told a long excuse that turns out to be his personal frustration with his job. Honestly he should have just said that instead of getting so upset that we walked in. So ill spend my money elsewhere since they seem so overwhelmed at Walmart.

Actual employee told me "pick up doesn't actually mean PICK UP. We haven't received it yet. We can reschedule you a week from now or a couple weeks..." 45 minutes later of going back and forth from the BS they were making up on the spot to shoo me away, another random employee asks for my pick up order, which I showed 10 times already to the auto manager. She comes back 15 minutes later WITH MY TIRES. Hire employees who won't lie to customers please when they don't feel like working that day. The auto department is awful. 45 minutes of listening to someone weasel out excuses and then say they can't even cancel my order....and that's a low time estimate.

They're doing appointments now - which is awesome! But I didn't know that when I walked in and they took care of me anyway.I came in for a balance and rotation. They let me check out my brakes myself while the tires were off. Never tried to upsell me on anything. Knew what they were doing and took care of me very quickly. Great experience! Will definitely come back to this Walmart auto center again.
