Pharmacy is horrible, was prescribed 5 medications and they failed to mention they were out of stock for 4/5 of them. So I had to wait an extra hour just for them to call another Walgreens and have them bring the medication to there and fill it. I was the one that caught their mistake and I wasn’t even given an apology for the wait or how they forgot the medication. The staff seems new and very unorganized

as of 1/24/24, daytime shop is absolute trash. employees harassed my boyfriend and i about our passports. woman told us we have to have our ears showing. it says on the passport website and papers they don't need to be showing.she got some man to help and he was literally the worst part about it. guy misgendered me, i called him out on it, dude then proceeded to ignore me purposefully. he kept harassing my boyfriend about his piercings in the picture (which we are allowed to have lmfaoooo) and even went to the manager asking if the picture was okay to use. its our pictures, we're paying for them, literally dude screw off. we told him more than enough times to let it go. he did not.horrible experience. never coming to this walgreens again. that was so unprofessional and absolutely disgusting.

What is the point of having the app to request refills when EVERY MONTH the date on my prescription bottle and the app say one day but when I call to check the status of my script which says in progress is wrong and the pharmacy staff says it can't be released for several days away. I called this morning at 1030 am and was told that it would be ready in an hour. I then called back at 1pm and suddenly it can't be released for 3 more days. I don't understand why they told me this morning that it would be ready in 1 hours, but then a few hours of waiting later, I called to check the status again and now it can't be released for several days. The app sucks, and the staff gave me wrong information this morning. I requested the refill the 27th and has been in progress since. So why did the staff tell me this morning, the 28th, that it would be ready in an hour. To string me alone to only suddenly say it was too early to release. I'm 73 and disabled and don't understand why the bottle and the app say one day and even the first staff member I spoke with this morning said it would be ready later today. Then a few hours later now it isn't going to be available until the 31st. This is ridiculous. You need to put the correct date on the app and bottle and there would be no confusion. I wish you could put accurate info on the medicine bottle and the app. Very disappointed in this pharmacy.

It's 4PM and whoever is on the phones at the pharmacy answers and hangs up after leaving you on hold for over 15 mins. I have been trying to call about a prescription for over 2hrs and not been able to get a hold of anyone. Each time they answer and wait for you to speak before audibly putting the phone down and hanging up.

I'm a local. Stop here weekly and use pharmacy heavily. Nice store, clean, quiet, diverse, friendly. Never a line or wait at pharmacy, and ALL the pharmacists and assistants there are always some of the NICEST people in the world I swear. Friendly overall, easy parking. I shop at all hours and parking lot is safe. It's nice to see the same people who work there repeatedly, feels local and not a national chain. Def glad I chose here as my pharmacy.

I waited 1 hour after my doctor sent in my prescription to this location. I was told to wait for 30 minutes. I came back in 30 minutes and have been waiting for 1 hour and 50 minutes and my Precription is still not filled. The management needs to review their operation in this location seriously.

Man, the pharm tech at this location is all kinds of rude. It's almost comical because they let her get away with it. I have video of her telling the gentleman behind me, after waiting so long, that I was going to be her last customer because she was going to lunch. Why couldn't you have told him that when he first walked? Hateful. And just plain miserable. I used to like going to Walgreens but not anymore. If she's running the register, I'll go across the road to H‑E‑B and have them transferred.

I had a prescription called in by my doctor and called ahead of time to see when it would be ready. A pharmacy staff answered, said hold please and put me on hold. I was left on hold for 42 minutes. No check in, no thank you for holding or hey we’re busy would you mind calling us back in say 10 minutes, NOTHING.
I drove up there, gave them my name, explained my doctor called in a prescription. I was told, my prescription was next in line and to give them 20 minutes because they were swamped. I said no problem and that I would wait in the store. The man at the pharmacy said he would call me over the intercom when it was ready.
I sat in the chair in front of the pharmacy reading a magazine, while I waited. 40 minutes later the same man called out to me “Ma’am your prescription is ready”. I went up to the counter and he said “I was like, it’s been ready.”
SERIOUSLY. I’m thinking to myself why didn’t you call me over the intercom like you said you would! I have no way of knowing if it’s ready!
I didn’t say anything or make a scene. I just paid for it and left.
I strongly believe the pharmacy staff are overworked, tired and forced to work short staffed. I’m sure they just want to get through their day and don’t have time to be caring, understanding or focus on customer service.
Walgreens needs to do a LOT better….Take care of your employees so they are able and willing to take care of your customers.
