If i can give this location 0 star i would do , i ordered my son medication 2 days ago , they supposed to order them immediately because he need it urgently, they give me partial of one medication and supposed to get the rest the other day, unfortunately they did not and he need the medication so i asked to transfer it to other location that has it she put the phone on side for over 10 minutes and i was hearing them chatting and laughing, super unprofessional and not trained staff. Today I purchased two bags of candy. When I went to enjoy them, I was met with stale and expired candy. One of them was expired since November 2023...quality control doesn't seem to have any presence here.

Man working there either doesn’t understand how the FedEx drop off works or is too lazy to do his job. Brought in a drop off following the instructions from the retail store to a T and he said it was wrong and he couldn’t do it. Either he needs more training or he doesn’t want to do the FedEx drop-off part of his job description. Unprofessional and inconvenient.

Charged me 50$ OVER the amount H-E-B charges for the EXACT SAME MEDICATION! Avoid Walgreens if you like feeding your family in the same day!

My friends husband was denied his gender affirming medication today. The pharmacist refused to give her name or license information. The Texas pharmacy board states that if you are uncomfortable filling a medication, you are to have a different pharmacist do it. She REFUSED. She not only broke her oath, but made someone feel like their life didn’t matter. She should be ashamed of herself and so should the Walgreens representative who is refusing to cooperate.

The staff here always goes over and the job description. I will start shopping here from now on because HEB and WALMART cannot beat the customer service these employees have. They are genuinely happy to be working here and it shows. Good job guys. Please don't ever stop being kind respectful and giving great service. I was having a bad day and this made my day brighter and for that I am grateful
