AVOID THIS PLACE.
This place is hands down the worst I've ever visited. The customer service is not just bad, it's a complete joke. The staff was rude from start to finish, especially GABBY, who gave us major attitude. Even the manager, SHIRLEY, was unprofessional, and after providing us with abysmal service, she had the nerve to complain that we were wasting her time! Maybe if they knew how to treat customers properly and do their job professionally,no one would be wasting their time there.
Avoid this place at all costs.

I guess Walgreens stays in business because their network is large because the customer service is by far the worst experience you will ever have, worse than Taco Bell. I don’t know if they seek out the most obnoxious, rude, condescending workers or literally just can’t get help but having prescriptions here is the absolute bane of my existence. I want to punch myself in the face for not choosing H-E-B or literally ANY other pharmacy on earth.

I don’t leave many reviews, but it’s always a pleasure shopping at this Walgreens. The manager, Monique was so sweet and helpful with me on my recent trip. She really went above and beyond. The pharmacy staff is always friendly and chipper as well. A++

Pharmacy hours not accurate. The pharmacists leave before their shift is over and close the pharmacy.

Avoid it!
I came for photos for a foreign passport. They have all the dimensions in their system. Friends and my husband had come here for theirs.
I was greeted by a team (2 girls) who absolutely did not want to work or listen to my request. They accused me of lying when I told them that my friends and husband had come here for the same request. They were condescending and really unwilling.
I left and went to Walgreens in West Parmer where I was served by an extremely nice person who took passport photos without any problem!
So go a few miles further in a Walgreens that really cares about serving its customers.

I regret to say that my experience with this pharmacy has been nothing short of abysmal. The store manager's insinuation that I am a liar was not only deeply offensive but indicative of a toxic culture that permeates the entire establishment.
The delays in receiving prescriptions are not only regular but seemingly intentional, leading to frustratingly long wait times in lines filled with disgruntled customers. The staff's poor communication skills only exacerbate the issue, leaving patrons feeling unheard and undervalued.
Despite multiple attempts by my doctor to send in my prescription, the pharmacy has failed to fulfill it, showing a blatant disregard for their responsibilities and the well-being of their patients. The utter lack of empathy or care for those they serve is both astonishing and reprehensible.
In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone in need of pharmaceutical services to steer clear of this establishment unless they enjoy being treated with disrespect and incompetence. It's a shame that such a vital service is being so poorly managed and executed.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Walgreens. Despite confirming over the phone that their photo service was open, upon arrival, the staff (especially the shift lead, petite women with glasses) rudely refused to assist me without any explanation. It's unacceptable to mislead customers like this. Avoid if possible.

I tried picking up a prescription for my son on the 10th of January. I go in to pick it up, give her my son's name and I tell her it's thru Medicaid. The tech (a young African American woman) tells me my son's insurance is expired. No problem, I ask if i can still get the prescription and she tells me the total is $136. I say I can't pay that, and thanks anyway. I go home, and call my son's father. He tells me my son's insurance (Medicaid) is not expired and gives me the member number. I also find a discount card for the prescription, just in case. I drive back to the pharmacy, and give her the new member number and tell her the insurance isn't expired and won't be until the end of the month. She says, very catty, "What month?" I tell her January. She tells me the insurance is expired. Ok, so I ask to use the discount card, to which she tells me "I guess you can try that." I go to show her the information on my phone, and she says, "Well, I guess I should tell you that we don't have the medication here."So I drove to this location twice now, and they don't even have the antibiotics I need. She does tell me that she can call *nearby* Walgreens to see if they have it. She said someone would call me.About 30 minutes later, I get a call from Walgreens, and the pharmacist tells me he has the medicine, and added a discount card to it so my total would be around $20. I thank him, and tell him I'm on the way. I ask what location he is at, and he tells me WILLIAM CANNON AND SLAUGHTER. I told him in up north by Duval, and I can't get there. He told me, "Yea it's really weird she called this store."I wound up getting the prescription transferred to HEB (after another 20 minutes on the phone) where I got my son's medicine in 5 minutes. If the tech had just told me Walgreens doesn't work with Medicaid in the first place, my son wouldn't have had to wait 4 hours to get his medicine. I don't understand why I wasn't told that in the beginning, when I told her my son had Medicaid. Not all this "it's expired" and "Oh wait, we don't even have it."The customer service at this location is horrible. I can't believe that she thinks this is acceptable behavior. I didn't talk to the pharmacist that day because I was very upset and I just wanted my son's medicine.Do better.

Ordered photos at 8pm with a 8:50 pick up and showed up to get them a little after 9 and they said they were too understaffed to print the photos, like can't you just hit print especially since the person at the front was doing nothing. 0/10

The customer service here is awful. They are incompetent and they don’t know anything about the app or the coupons or anything like that. It is beyond ridiculous and I don’t know how they hire these people.

I suppose they do their jobs according to the training manual, but it has to be the unfriendliest local store around. I have been using the pharmacy for over 25 years and not one employee acknowledges any familiarity. The pharmacists have been there for years, yet they act as if I am a stranger.I am in the process of transferring all my prescriptions to another place that appreciates my business.

The pharmacist was so incredibly rude. He yelled out information across the way for EVERYONE to hear. He was incredibly judgmental that I did not know my child's weight down to the pound. I had to make a second trip BACK to this location unnecessarily. AWFUL!

This store is ok but management is horrible. Always staffing issues n closed. I'm sorry, a real manager would step up n do their job to make sure the store is open 24 hrs like it's suppose to be. Whomever the manager is, doesn't need to be a manager. As for employees. Horrible, Always in a foul mood when need help.
