I approached a pharmacist to ask where to find a product. She interrupted me to tell me she was off the clock. I had already been standing in line to try and get some assistance, but the pharmacist at the register was tied up with a customer. When I tried to ask her if she could just tell me which aisle I could look on, she again cut me off and said she was off the clock. She was in no hurry because, as I walked out without the product or assistance, she was picking out items to purchase herself. Be a better human! I would never treat someone that way, even if off the clock. She was rude. I drove to the CVS down the street and they were the exact opposite. I was in and out in 4 minutes with my one product that I desperately needed. No more Walgreen’s for me!

This Walgreens is the slumlord of businesses. It's a neighborhood spot I have given my business to quite a bit but the staff has always been very underwhelming. Today's events really put a nail in the coffin for me ever giving my business to them again! I pulled up to pick up a prescription. Upon arriving I called to see if it was ready since there seemed to be a pretty long wait. They messed something up in their system and were not able to find the prescription that was called in. They stated they needed time to sort it out with my clinic. In the meantime, I walked over to the sandwich shop next door, which was maybe 20 steps "off of their property". I proceeded to have lunch there and when I arrived back a matter of minutes later, my vehicle was booted. I had to pay $100 to get the boot off. I told them that I had been a paid customer and was waiting for the prescription. They informed me that because I technically stepped off of their property momentarily it meant I was not a customer. THEY BOOTED MY VEHICLE WITHIN 21 MINUTES OF ME BEING PARKED THERE, VERY PREDATORY. It is clear that this is a struggling business and they are sketchily trying to get money in any way they can. While I will be fighting this, it is annoying and sad that they have to completely rail customers like this. It was their fault I couldn't pick up my prescription which forced me to wait and then nail me for $100 for waiting, SO UNETHICAL. Do not give them your business!

I’ve had a few issues with the pharmacy and having delayed prescriptions for random reasons. Some of the staff members on the other hand are great.

Horrible customer service and rude. Adrianne the Pharmacist was so rude and short to me I am moving all my business to HEB. These folks are not kind.

I went to the line at three employees were working set. The line was closed. I need to do self check out .very rude and always dirty here.I’m surprised its still open.

Last night a man working went very out of his way to be sure my daughter had a prescription she needed for her insulin pump training. I am forever grateful. The staff is wonderful.

Getting tired of the back and forth between pharmacy and insurance. Never had a problem with insurance before. Basically, dude said you're out of luck. Ok, we will call insurance, but I'm about 90+% sure that this problem will be on the pharmacy's side. Anybody want to bet with me?

Convenient and close for my family but the pharmacy staff can be quite rude if the line consists of two or more people. Maybe they'll be less stressed now that we've switched pharmacies.

Convenient. Lately almost every Walgreens I visited has been super slow in transacting. I think it must be due to the rollout of flu and Covid shots.
