I hate to leave even one star! Absolutely the worst pharmacy in my 66 years on this planet. No communication whatsoever, you have to call them to check on your prescription. It can take them over a week to fill your prescription without so much as a courtesy call or text. Don't risk your health or the health of your loved ones, drive a little further down the road to the next Walgreens.

Why does everyone in the pharmacy seem so stressed and angry? I’m guessing they are short staffed? I’ve called with basic questions and it’s not been pleasant on multiple occasions with multiple employees in the pharmacy.

Pharmacy only:The level of incompetency and total lack of empathy by the pharmacy staff is frankly scary. I've seen serial killers who do a better job at trying to help people than the miscreants Walgreen's employs at this location.They make it feel like you are bothering them for making them do their jobs, which makes one wonder why they bothered taking all the training they must have slept through. Getting prescriptions at this location requires a giant effort and forget about helpfulness in your time of need!There's an HEB and CVS across the street, where actual humans with actual sensibilities work. Take your business there and save yourself some grief.

I've seen serial killers who do a better job at trying to help people than the miscreants Walgreen's employs at this location.They cancel orders without notifying anyone. If you order delivery, they change it to pick up only without notifying anyone. They don't even offer condolences for their screw ups. They make it feel like you are bothering them for making them do their jobs, which makes one wonder why they bothered taking all the training they must have slept through.I take medicine to literally stay alive, but this location simply doesn't want to provide it without making me go through a giant effort and getting my RX cancelled multiple times because if their own issues.There's an HEB and CVS across the street, where actual humans with actual sensibilities work. Take your business there and save yourself some grief.

Part IThis review is strictly for the pharmacy. This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. They are disorganized, incompetent and rude. They never fill my husband's prescription right. They transferred my prescriptions to another Walgreens without notifying us or providing a reason. I understand dealing with the public can be an absolute nightmare. However, in this case they are the nightmare. Do yourself a favor and go to any other of the several pharmacies in the area: CVS, HEB or even the other Walgreens near Anderson Mill.PartIIWell, I stupidly gave this place another chance. Even paid online in advance and got a code for pickup. Got there just to be told they put my prescription in storage which voided my online payment and after 50 minutes (30 in the drive-thru/20 inside) was quoted $15 more without reason. They refused to make an adjustment. I have no one to blame but myself, because I went against my own better judgment and gave them another chance. I won't make that mistake again.

I had a mediocre experience with the pharmacy staff -- especially a thin young woman with dark pulled back hair and glasses. I was trying to find a foot care item and she kind of acted like it was an inconvenience for her. She did look up the product online but I could tell she didn't want to. She had a somewhat patronizing attitude - helpful but under duress. A real person rang it up which I give Walgreen's kudos for unlike CVS with their self service register.

Ben was just wonderful. He made my new passport pictures and I just loved talking to him. I wish I encountered more people like that!

Since moving to this part of town Feb 2022 I consistently have issues with this pharmacy. There’s always an issue with my refills and 2/3 times the staff is rude. I’ve never had an issue at any other Walgreens.

This Walgreens pharmacy is the worst. Their drive thru is never opened which is really inconvenient if you have sick small children you are trying to obtain Medicine for. They "change" their hours daily, which are not consistent with their posted hours, or recorded hours when you call. Pharmacist was rude, oblivious and unapologetic for their lack of professionalism.

*** Extremely discourteous as a health care provider and horrible costumer service @ the pharmacy ***I wanted to vaccinate my 12 years old son. Made an online appointment. We were asked to download & fill out a form & take it with us. when we arrived they voided the from & asked us to fill the very same form on their printed letterhead.After a short waiting when it came to take the shot my son asked me to take a picture of him which as soon as I took my cellphone out the pharmacist reacted very rudely and asked me not to take a picture while we're in the injection area. When I simply asked: "why?" He said because it's his decision and I can't ask why..!!!I tried to explain that I wasn't going to have him in the photo but he stood up and asked me not to argue, and threaten to cancel the service which I responded: "wherever, I don't care for his service anymore" and we left the pharmacy without taking the shot".

You guys should really get paper towels in the bathroom, it's such an inconvenience, especially being that you have to touch two doors getting out. Also Your restroom needs to be restocked, thanks

Rude cashier and stocker ! Waited 10 minutes without any acknowledgement. Asked for help at the photo/FedEx counter and got a grunt from the female stock person . The cashier finally came over when I 'door' knocked on the counter because there was no bell to ring and asked again for help. They were not busy with customers . Not sure what the deal was . We don't usually get rude service at this store . A little acknowledgement goes a long way . Just someone saying ,"Hi, we'll be with you shortly " is way better than ignoring the customer . Shame on Walgreens!

I placed a online order on February 22 to pickup in store. Yesterday I went to the Photo dept to pick it up and was told "the order had timed out" so I needed to reorder and he would give it to me when the order was received. While I was standing there placing the order online the person in the Photo dept went into a office then came out with his personal items and left the store. I was flabbergasted that he left me standing. I asked one of the staff to called a manager to assist me. I explained what happened and he did not even seem to be fazed over it. He gave me my order and that was it. It will be my first and last time I place an order online to pickup in store. Maybe I will be contacted by a district manager who cares!!
