This is the worst pharmacy in the Austin area astronomical wait times. I don’t know why management has not hired more help? They have one lane drive-through and the one lane is not always open. This pharmacy is forcing me to go to CVS. I’m surprised there’s not more reviews on their service.

Have mostly received good Pharmacy service, until recently. A new pharmacy trainee named Teresa, is very unhelpful and seems more than happy to do the bare minimum when assisting customers. Over the phone with me she got my insurance coverage wrong from not asking enough questions the 1st time. Then called me back to correct it & waste more of my time. Don't expect any "thank you's" "sirs", ma'am" or even a "goodbye" when speaking to her. Then, when my grandma went to pickup her meds, she refused to provide them for her unless my grandma pronounced the name of the medication perfectly... beyond rude. We've been customers at this location for my whole life, so it's sad to see the pharmacy lower expectations for how workers treat their customers so suddenly.

Jackson works in the pharmacy at store#4836, 11810 Ranch Road 620, Austin, TX 79750. I want to commend this young man for his actions - above and beyond. We were trying to get a new rx filled for my Mom and the insurance computers were down. He called me about 5:45pm to tell me they were still down and it would be tomorrow before the medicine was filled. He then called back 10 min later(right before they closed) to tell me he had tried again and was successful. He then said he would run the rx over to my Mom's assisted living facility across the street. This young man was exceptionally kind, helpful and professional! Give him a raise!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Diana the MOD (manager on duty) was unbelivably rude to me. I asked to make 2 transactions (because each transaction has a $$$ limit on the amount allowed at one time) to put money on card and she told me they were 'not allowed to do that'. I then let her know that I had actually spoken to Corporate and they told me it was absolutely possible to do. She told me I was wrong and she would have words with whomever the last MOD was that did it. She then took my ID to verify I was the owner of the card I was loading and proceeded to make several comments about how 'my ID looked nothing like me', "even in the eyes". Yes, ladies... we change our hair color and gain weight over a number of years and somehow bartenders can see the resemblance but all of a sudden she is an expert and trying to cause a scene. She then made comment about how she couldn't find me in the sytem and I had probably not ever done a transaction with them. I told her I had just done it the evening before and actually had the receipt for it still in my wallet and pulled it out to show her. I have called corporate again to file a complaint. They told me they were very sorry this happened and would see to it that her manager was given the details of the situation and told that this should "NEVER happen again". I had to leave the store and go to CVS to process the last of the money and while that does not bother me, the experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I was trying to send money to my daugher so she could pay for daughter to be seen at the minor er and this was added stress that no one should ever be put through when time is of the essence. - I sincerely hope that Diana's General Manager has a moment to look at this.

I have been unsatisfied with this Walgreens several times now because of their lack of customer service. Denise (who I was surprised was a lead) has an attitude every time I see her. I went to pick up Christmas cards and she couldn't find them. I noted to her that they were ordered online and shipped but she ignored me. After her telling me they don't see my order a couple of times and me showing them the email that it says they were in she searched for a while. At last she found them! She handed them to me exclaiming that she couldn't find them because they were a ship to store order. Funny, I think I told her that at the beginning of this story. No sorry or thank you just some more attitude. If I wanted a side of attitude with my Christmas cards I would have ordered that too. Not pleased at all with the service I received. Don't think I'll be going there again.

Tabitha in the pharmacy is an absolute life saver. She was kind enough to get children's Benadryl and a bottle of water for me through the drive through so I didn't have to take all three kids inside. It's 100F outside and she really made the difference.

If I could put zero stars I would. I dropped of a Rx on Tuesday and went on Friday to pick it up and there was no record of the transfer. So I am without the Rx and no assistance to locate the medication. Terrible customer service.

I Used photo center today with their discount coupon. The quality of photos are terrible. It came out different pictures in the 4x6; all of them cut off some part of the pictures. The color is just cheap inkjet print quality and so dark. I'll NEVER use the Walgreen photo center again and will not recommend to anybody.

Got call that prescription was ready for pick up. Drove there the next day around 1:30PM to find pharmacy closed for lunch.
