Several medications are hard to get. The last two years I have had to call pharmacies all over to see if they have it in stock BEFORE the doctor calls it in. I have done this with many pharmacies without issues. Today I called this location and was told because of security reasons, they couldn’t tell me. Lol. What!?

If I could give this place no stars I would. To the night shift worker nick you have zero customer service and should be fired for how you talk to customers. Unhelpful and incompetent I get it you work at Walgreens but come on your one job is customer service shouldn't be THAT hard. Clearly it's just too much to be kind and helpful these days. I won't be returning.

Waited in line 45 minutes at the pharmacy drive through. I was the second car in line, and when the first car didn't move for 30 minutes, I FINALLY reversed and switched lines. Within 5 minutes the initial line started moving. I sat in my new line for 15 minutes while it didn't move an inch. I finally bailed completely and drove home empty handed. I need to pick up a simple prescription that is ready. "Here's my ID and credit card." "Here's your prescription." This should take like 60 seconds.

They are usually out of my prescription. They don't pickup the phone and obviously under staffed. Going back to CVS for my prescriptions.

OMG No Accountability!! Do not get medicine shipped to your home through Walgreens at William Cannon and Escaprment. Walgreens does not assume any responsibility for expensive medicine once it has been paid for by the customer and is to be delivered by FedEx to your home. Walgreens charges your card for the medicine and then is no help if the medicine gets delayed by FedEx. I was sent to 6 different departments within Walgreens company and found myself back with the pharmacy tech who ended up being helpful. She said the order would be delivered today. Keeping fingers crossed! But, no help from the delivery department, customer service, or the pharmacist on duty. At this point, I feel like I should get the medicine and be reimbursed for my trouble. If I had not pushed, the Eliquis would still be delayed by Walgreens and their representative FedEx. Fortunately, I was given a month of samples by my cardiologist. I will contact complaints department.Plus, serveral days ago when I called the Walgreens on William Cannon and Escarpment I got a recording saying that the store was temporarily closed. That happened multiple times throughout the day. But, when I called another Walgreens they said the store was open. Someone didn't want to take anymore calls from anybody.......

The service at Walgreens at Wm Cannon use to be great now it's so lousy I'm switching to CVS Do the same they just don't care anymore. They don't answer the phone and make you wait more than 15 min They have really gone downhill.

The person I spoke with in the store & on the phone made sure to make it known that she was audibly annoyed with me for asking about the status of my medication, as if I’m at fault for calling and asking a question about my medication! I never received a text that my medication was no longer available after having received a text two days prior that it is available, and the pharmacist had the nerve to speak over & interrupt me twice while I was trying to ask my question. I was told two weeks was the deadline in line, and 10 days on the phone. Shame on me for asking a clarifying question though right? Ridiculous

I had to buy some betadine ,per doctor, to treat an infection. it is an OLD product. Walgreens, around the corner, had it for $17. dollars for a few ounces. Had to get it. Today I checked the price at H.E.B., our local grocer. It was $7.00. Afrin, house brand, $7., at H.E.B $2. Walgreens is the biggest rip off place on the planet. Check your local grocer.

Waited 4 days for a refill on meds. Sent in the script twice. Called to see what was going on, they put me on hold, then pick up the phone and pretend they can't hear me, and hang up. Changed pharmacy, who professionally explained that there's a med shortage, and to call my insurance to cover name brand in the mean time. Professional communication is helpful. Childish behavior is not . Bye Walgreens.

Joined the drive through line two cars back from the window. Line did not move for over 30 minutes. Finally the car at the window left and the car ahead of me drive to the window. Thankfully, it moved through quickly. When I got to the window, I was told the first driver had "an insurance issue." Instead of having that person go into the store, the pharmacy held up a long line for over half an hour. Cars behind me were leaving the line. I realize issues like this happen. But, over 30 mins is pretty poor service. Especially when there's another, unused lane.

I was in desperate need of pharmacist advise so called this Walgreens near midnite. On hold for over 15 min.. no one picked up, so I feel their customer service was 'nill'. Don't believe there are any other 24 hr pharmacies open, but will try to find one.
