This place is right down the street from home the employees there are very friendly and helpful. I get my meds and have downloaded the app. which makes life easier.

First and last time here. They didn't fill a prescription because of an "insurance issue". No call or notification. Sat and waited an hour for them to fill the prescription for pain meds. No other customers were there.

I had tried a few times in the past to get prescriptions here, and it was always an awful experience. So even though I basically live across the street, I get my prescriptions elsewhere. However, there's a prescription for eye drops for my dog that I've been having trouble getting, so I tried to get it at this Walgreens. I called them to have the prescription transferred from CVS, and they said they'd take care of it. I called back a couple of hours later, and they said they hadn't gotten it yet. So I called CVS, and they told me it was successfully transferred two hours earlier, and that I wasn't talking to the right person at Walgreens. They said this happens all the time - the person the customer is talking to at Walgreens is clueless, and just doesn't know where to look to see that the prescription has been transferred. So I called back again and asked to speak to the pharmacist. I don't believe that's actually who I spoke with (the person I spoke with most likely barely graduated high school) and although they were obviously clueless (they fully admitted to not understanding how the transfer system works) they wouldn't let me talk to the right person and wouldn't admit that they were confused. They yelled at me and acted like I was the stupid one, but could not explain what had actually happened to the prescription. In any case, Walgreens appears to have lost it. They're claiming they don't have it, and this person told me CVS cannot re-transfer a prescription they've already transferred. So it's gone, and I have to get a new prescription. The specialist who originally wrote the prescription has left the state, so it looks like I somehow have to magic up a new prescription from another vet and get it filled within the next week, so my dog doesn't go completely blind. She's already lost one eye to glaucoma, and if I can't find a way get this prescription filled soon, she may lose the other. Thanks for nothing, Walgreens!

Hispanic cashier with no name tag chose the wrong customer to treat like a doormat today (6:57PM) and this review is specifically for her and her poor, combative attitude. I simply came in to return one item and there were two registers open and clearly a gentleman on the phone with his ear buds was NOT standing in her line at all. I went to her line and was rudely told to get behind him, in the other register line. He wasn't next in her line. She proceeded to attempt to lecture me on "how the line works" and the gentleman again said I could go ahead. I told her he let me go and that she was being rude and argumentative. She proceeded to argue saying I was the one being argumentative. I told her if "that's how the line works" that's fine and that she just didn't seem to want to deal with me. When it came to processing my return, at least she was somewhat fast so I could get the hell out of there and out from her being a rude asshole toward me. I almost went to the other line. Would be happy to never have the displeasure of encountering her "customer service" ever again. I literally did nothing to her except enter her line from the entrance (most Walgreens stores are like this where the registers are close to the entrance doors) and she was completely unwelcoming and unprofessional. She might be a better fit working at a school or daycare where she can keep kids in line all day long. Or better yet, instead of subjecting other people to your pent up darts, go find a stress relieving hobby like basketball or crafts.

Pickup instructions with email stated clearly to drive to the drive thru window and pickup your order after tapping Im here, but the lazy bimbo at the window didnt move her pretty behind and her fake eyelashes to the area where pickup orders are stored and refuse to deliver the order like the email said....so your sick patient had to park and infest the store with her virus strain in order to get her OTC medicine, not coming back here...

Pharmacy's can be difficult and it truly affects your health. This particular Walgreens has been consistently on point in regard to filling prescriptions as well as customer service.\\n\\nKudos and huge shout out to MIKE at this location for going above and beyond! He understands and genuinely cares about customers, especially during a frustratingly unprecedented monthly shortage of medication. I can't thank you enough for your help and support.

I called this location asking if they had my medication in stock, because most pharmacies are running low on it. They told me they had it, so I had my doctor put in the prescription with them. The next day I got a notification that they don’t actually have it in stock. This delayed me getting my medication by at least three days. When I called to ask what happened, they were very rude and denied having told me anything of the sort. I won’t be back.

This place is ridiculous. The pharmacy withheld my prescription intentionally making the price of my medication extremely unaffordable. I will be filing a complaint against this pharmacy with the state.

On Saturday January 7th, my mom totally ran out of a prescription and had no refills, our regular pharmacy was closed for the day, in a panic I was able to reach the on call Doctor who was able to fill the prescription at our local Walgreens. The Pharmacist had the meds in my hands not even 1 hour after the original freak out. I am so grateful for the courteous and caring Pharmacist who even gave me a call to make sure we knew the prescription was ready... WHO DOES THAT?... SO SO GRATEFUL.

I'm not sure who the pharmacist was who was working tonight, but he was a Christmas angel. I'd bounced from two other pharmacies desperately trying to get my daughter's meds late at night before Christmas weekend. He called and told me he didn't have the med, but he checked around for me and found a nearby place that did have it and was still open tonight. He called over and I was able to get my kid her meds the same night. Truly a kindness and very appreciated.
