I will never recommend a business when they do not care about their employees they separate employees for a No sustainable reason . Where HR is there just like a shadow a simple 2 letters but they do not back up the employees for not loosing their jobs ! This Company is not worth less at all!! Prices are way too expensive etc etc!!I would not even qualify this company even one star!!! But unfortunately this app is making me rate it at list one star

I had a fantastic experience getting my COVID and flu vaccines! I was thrilled to be seen even though I didn't have an appointment. Nick is exceptional and squared away, he made the process incredibly smooth and efficient. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease. Malcom, who administered the shots, was super friendly and he was a pro; I barely felt a thing!Having both vaccines at the same time not only saves time but also gives me peace of mind for my health and the well-being of those around me. I can now feel more confident going about my daily activities knowing that I'm better protected.Highly recommend!

We visit this Walgreens just for its pharmacy nowadays. Despite being so very busy, our prescriptions are always filled on time. We often call ahead to ask if things can be ready sooner. If they can do it, they will -- something we really appreciate. The lines at both the in-store counter and the drive-thru can take a while though, so be prepared to wait.I've come in twice for various vaccine shots. Those are given in a tiny walled off area with a door for privacy. A little cramped, but better than locations which only had curtains. Both times, very nice pharmacists arrived promptly, put me at ease and administered the shots efficiently.Thankful for my reliable neighborhood pharmacy.

Always overpriced!! Walgreen's price for two 3-V 2032 batteries is $9.49. Same battery, same brand on Amazon for six batteries is $7.69. It's not "inflation " - it's corporate greed.

There aren't that many Walgreen stores in central Austin and this location serves Hyde Park / Triangle and the North University area. It's also open 24/7 and is located conveniently at the intersection of Guadalupe and 45th street.The selection is decent but the refrigerated drinks are just ok so if you are stopping here to get a beverage they might have run out. Prices are adjusted like all 24/7 Walgreen stores but not by too much. If you are in a bind for cleaning supplies or some essentials, the prices aren't through the roof but you can probably save a dollar or two just waiting to get them at HEB or Target. Like the other reviews, peak hours mean more panhandlers by the door. Just be nice and you should be fine. Honestly, the Girl Scouts are way more aggressive than panhandlers when it's girl scout cookie season.Also if you've been to Walgreens in other major cities they lock everything up so it's refreshing that most stuff here you can get without asking for help. I remember even shaving cream is locked up at the Walgreens in the French Quarter of New Orleans. The lines here can get pretty slow on holidays and peak hours. But if you wait awhile they go down.One thing I don't recommend is coming here for vaccinations since the pharmacist has to do double duty so you might not get the best jab. I suggest finding a real pharmacy for your medications and vaccinations.

For the most part this is the best Walgreens experience I’ve had as far as employees go. I used to go to a different location but was treated horribly! One employee is very dismissive and clearly does not want to be there. I try to avoid her as much as I can because I just don’t like dealing with rude people. Besides her, good location, friendly staff.

I think this pharmacy used to have a different pharmacist. But the new one and I don't mean to sound like that but unfortunately I didn't get any names but an Asian pharmacist and a brown pharmacist aid really made my day. I am super sick right now and the pharmacist was very helpful with my questions about my medication and one of them even wrote me this note on my prescription. Very sweet! 10/10

Terrible. Both the cashier and manager refused to honor my store credit card, issued to me by this same store. The manager insisted there was nothing she could do. Well, I called the number on the back of the card, and yes, there WAS something she could do: issue me a new card since the strip on the back of my card apparently was damaged. She kept saying she could not issue me another card. Corporate told me otherwise. I will never shop at this store again.
