I was greeted when I walked in and the employees were very kind.I needed to exchange some gifted items for different sizes. Sebastian helped do the return and set me up to order the sizes I needed- which was very easy.

I have visited this store location many times and every time I have had an incredibly pleasant experience. The staff is always so helpful, outgoing, and very knowledgable. The store is organized in such a way that makes shopping there enjoyable, and it is always so pristinely clean! Honestly love this vuori location, and find myself in there way too often!

The Austin location is so nice. The staff helped me order clothes that were no in my size. They checked the back and were very accommodating. They were so cheerful and helpful. I will be back!!

The clothing is nice but you are better off ordering online. In-store staff is flat out rude and unhelpful. Don’t waste your time. I felt attacked by the man working there when asking simple questions. He should be fired.

The customer service here is awful. They never have stock. You can’t exchange for anything online. They refuse to help you, and they’re flat out rude. The man we worked with blamed their systems for the issues and refused to help us. Never coming back.

Just found out they opened this location (2 years ago.. I need to get with it) and was super excited as I love the brand. I personally think this is one of the better quality athleisure brands - they have everything from yoga pants, to joggers that are SO SOFT, tops, bras you name it. Given the quality, it is up there in price with competitors like lululemon and alo however being a tall girl I love that I don't need to order longs in Vuori as they come pretty long which is super nice. I'm 6' for reference and the regulars fit me!Only thing I'd say is that I came in on a weekend morning and there weren't many people in there and I felt a little overwhelmed by the number of employees checking in. I think 3 talked to me and asked if I was good or what I was looking for in the span of 10 min which seemed a bit much.

I had some issues ordering the women’s joggers as a birthday present for my wife. I walked into the Vuori store in the Domain and they worked everything out for me in a few minutes and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Simply, I am no longer satisfied with soft. I want extra soft, double buttery soft and luxe soft. I wish I’d discovered Vuori sooner. Softness beats beyond yoga/Alo yoga. Styles are ideal for low impact, lounge/casual outing. You could take as long as you please in store, everyone in the store is so welcoming and patient. Vuori is going to be my new fave!
