I got a Boost phone for Christmas and the value rocks; it cost little. So far I love the phone. I love the monthly charge of $15 for 2 GB; a lot better than paying $60 to Cricket every month. Unfortunately, though the internet works, outbound calls don't work. The guy here said he couldnt help me as I would have to pay an activation fee (my family member already paid that as part of the gift). This guy told me "go back where you bought the phone." That location is out of the way and this location is not.

First I was told they don't quote cell phone repair estimates over the phone, have to come in. I went in and they said they can't give me an estimate since it is a mobile 3rd party and asked me what other places were estimating. Had to go to another repair place. Very shady place. I thought this lack of information and service only happened in other countries.

i have bought two dell latitude laptops from this guy and my roommate bought a smartphone. he will install a great antivirus program for a few dollars more--and worth it. i didn't want a built-in camera or a microphone and he was able to oblige. the product quality was outstanding and the price is right for me. he stands behind what he sells too. i will definitely be back

I couldn't be happier with the service! This is the best computer repair shop around. These people went above and beyond to help me and were exceptionally professional the entire time -- not to mention the pricing was incredibly reasonable! I'm not saying that I'd voluntarily break my laptops from here on out, but it might be worth it just to deal with these guys again.

I was very impressed with this place. Brought my IPhone in because it would not charge anymore. John figured out the problem right away. He fixed and cleaned the charging port and then left it to charge a bit just to make sure it was charging again!! He was kind, friendly and courteous. From now on, this is the only place I will bring my phone if it needs to be fixed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fair, honest place to get their phones repaired.

This place is amazing. One of our law firm's laptops crashed in the middle of a big project and we couldn't get it working. I brought the computer to their store as a walk in and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem The laptop was fixed while I waited and is working fine now. Highly recommended.

John was extremely helpful. I went to geek at best buy and they seemed extremely ill-informed on solutions and problems with my laptop. They wanted to ship it out for repairs and overcharge me. Voicecom was much more informed and repaired my laptop within a few days for an amazing price.

I rarely ever write reviews, but this place deserves the perfect one. Especially John! He saved my phone, laptop, and tablet from near death without losing any of my personal and private files, photos, documents, etc. I have also recommended a friend of mine to fix her broken USB, which had very important data, at voicecom. My friend was in tears because she did not save any of these files anywhere else except in that physically damaged USB. Well, guess what? The USB was not saved, but all the files were retrieved perfectly with no harm done ! All thanks to John and his great co-workers. I will recommend anyone to this place because these people are friendly, professional, and offer the greatest tech customer service I have ever seen.

When my daughter came home with a MacBook that she dropped and the top was both dented and shattered, John at Voicecom provided a great repair at a great price. They were fast and I added a change to a solid state drive because again the price and availability to do so quickly was exceptional. They seem very responsive and good at communicating…as well as fair in pricing.

This guy was extremely rude. Tried to charge me 2x what the price of the repair should cost. Please do yourself a favor and go to iPhone repair one block down the street. I am truly surprised this place is still in business.

I asked for $95 to be added to my account. They told me it would be $96. Fine. Except when I look at the receipt when I get home, I see $80 has been added to my account along with a $3 convenience fee. The "total sale" line says $83. Okay, so where did my other $13 go? I wish I had an answer other than "The sales clerk's pocket, duh." He tried to tell me I was charged a $3 convenience fee for each $40 payment (I only made 1 payment), he then tried to say I got charged $5 tax on each $40 payment as well. Presumably, that means two charges of $48 that WOULD add up to $96. The only problem is, why am I getting charged two separate convenience fees, when I only made 1 payment? And the sales tax on $80 is only $6.40. And, most importantly, why are none of these charges reflected on my receipt? He could never give me a straight answer. Go to literally ANY other Boost store. Unless you want this jackass to steal your money too.
