I have been working with Sergio on my past three closed personal deals at Visio. Honest and upfront, he delivers on what he promises. The firm is competitive overall and their pricing and timely service are superior to others out there. With cash outs up to 75% and DSCR ratios as low as 1.00, the number of total mortgages in my portfolio stay low. I raise rents anyway, so that DSCR ratios keeps climbing. A definite recommend.

I have to say I was very pleased with the quick and seamless closing they provide. Used them couple times for purchase and refinance. Each time was able to close on time with no issues. And most of all the best rates!! Yes! Better interest rates than the other guys. Highly recommended!

Top notch private lender! If you have a large or complex loan, this is a great choice. I recently worked directly with account executive Dan Adams and his team to get an extremely complicated short term luxury rental vacation home loan closed for one of my customers. I worked with James Webb at Visio Financial and it was a great experience. I have been in real estate for over 35 years building and developing real estate and this was by far the best experience I had with a financial lender. From the time I applied for the loan to my closing was on or about 30 days. The communication with James and Visio was excellent and timely. The whole process was organized and very easy easy. The whole process was user friendly and easy to complete. I plan on refinancing with James Webb and Visio Financial on another property and again when I acquire property. The different type of loan options was excellent and they did everything they said they could do.
