If you are even able to make an appointment plan on waiting at least an hour plus to be seen totally unorganized and could not care less attitude from the front desk staff. Jim Howard was the best provider at victory come to discover he is no longer practicing for victory medical.

Do not see Laura Nguyen (she's a PA at this clinic), she is not helpful. I would put zero stars if I could. I was injured and she pretty much told me she has a patient who has a worse injury than I do so I should be grateful and I'm fine. She does not hear patients. I had to contact the clinic multiple times for her to send paperwork to my job. The paperwork was time sensitive and the deadlines were missed. I sent messages, and she responded that she was overseas. Like there isn't a provider who fills in for her when she's out of the office. Also, I had to call and remind her to send medication she stated she would send at the appointment but did not send the meds to the pharmacy. She does not listen to her patients so don't waste your time or your co-pay.

Came here for a simple checkup, Dr Molina is great! He’s a people person , great listener an his staff are very friendly. It took me less then 20 mins to check in and see the doctor which is the quickest I’ve been from any doctor I’ve been to. I recommend

Go literally anywhere else. This office is full of swindlers who only care about your money. They also charge an exorbitant amount compared to other nearby providers. 1. I paid less for an urgent care visit than I did regular doctors appointments that lasted, at most, 15-20min and were purely to review previous lab work. 2. They wouldn't contact me with my lab results, even when they interpreted it as normal and instead forced me to come in and spend $130 each time. This is after saying they'd call or communicate through their portals messaging system. This happened twice, the 1st time was my physical. I let them know I'm high deductible and haven't met it, they agreed to communicate through other means besides having me waste my time/money going in. 3. They overcharged my insurance and me for the visits stating they lasted 30-39min when they didn't. 4. The PA I saw last sent a portal message stating I needed to schedule a follow up just for me to go in and her tell me my blood work was normal. 5. My blood work was NOT normal. I've suffered with iron overload symptoms for 2 years and my blood work showed as much with my iron sat and total iron being clinically significant. I've had previous genetic testing that indicated a mutation associated with hemochromatosis before and my hematologist referral confirmed as much. They also didn't take my low hormone levels or flagged enzyme seriously when it's been flagging since 2017. I informed them as much too. 6. I was never told filling out a "behavioral assessment" sheet they snuck on to the sign in clipboard would cost me $15. And it was never brought up again; this was during my annual physical visit. 7. You CAN NEVER reach their in-house billing department. Over a 3 month span I tried 6-7x and never got in touch. 8. My chart notes were never accurate and they lied about what was discussed to cover their asses legally. My reason for visiting was wrong twice showing just how little they listened to me. 9. The first PA I saw turned me away when I returned to discuss my annual physical's bloodwork - Because I was upset about how I was being treated and he overheard. What's worse is, to finally be heard I had to discuss in detail my personal and familial health reasons for wanting to me seen despite what he thought was or wasn't a concern in their lobby to a clinic manager. That's bullshit. I shouldn't be ugly crying and feeling embarrassed/exposed in your lobby. I never stiffed them. I was offered a refund on 1 visit and I declined because, as I said, I understand the docs need paid for their services. But when you don't provide the services promised and swindle money out of me and insurance you shouldn't be getting peoples money/time. This place sucks. Listen to all the previous bad reviews, they were right.

I used to love coming here, and had such a horrible experience recently. I went to visit back in June for an appointment and have already paid well over $100 for costs. Then I got a bill in the mail from a lab last week claiming I owed them additional money, which I was extremely confused about since I had paid for my visit back in June, and had already paid an extra lab bill I received in the mail back in August. When I called the billing department, the woman was short, curt, and rude. I explained that I was calling because I was confused why I was receiving a bill for a payment similar to what I already paid back in June. The woman then told me their lab techs and nurses send lab tests to multiple places at a time, and she has even told them they need to be more upfront and honest to clients about where their tests are going before doing them so clients are aware of how many places they can expect potential costs before agreeing to anything. She then said "clearly they haven't been listening". I asked her if she would be able to ask the doctor that saw me or a nurse how many labs my tests were sent to, because I didn't want to continue to receive surprise bills in the mail. When she returned from asking and gave me the answer, she quickly ended the call with me with a simple "bye" and hung up. I was so upset, and blown away by the behavior when previously I have never been treated this way when visiting this location. I don't recommend coming here because it seems you are going to have to make sure to keep an eye out for surprise bills because they just happen to not disclose information with you in advance.

Angela Hitchcock Aesthetic Director/ Club Longevity Manager at Victory Medical: Angela always goes out of her way to help me resolve any issues I may run in to here and there over the years. So nice to have a go-to person to contact in the rare cases where I can't get what I need through the normal channels, be it from staff shortages during Covid or what-have-you. She even responded and helped resolve things recently while she was about to go into surgery! Can't ask for much more that that . .

I had the best experience with Shea recently when I snuck into the Urgent Care right before they closed at 7pm. She was so reassuring, nurturing, and helpful, providing me with lots of information to make an informed choice, while also reassuring me of any worries I was feeling. I truly couldn’t recommend her more, along with the AMAZING staff working with her as well. They all made it such a wonderful experience.
